Stayed at the Bull before and really enjoyed it, room was spacious and breakfast was great. Had a room at the front but unfortunately we was woken up at 05:45 by the bin men doing the bottle bins!!!! It was hilarious then at 06:00 a pipe seemed to burst outside and that was really loud, then finally at 6:38 the... More

A nice old world pub on Butchers Row in Shrewsbury . Sat outside in this old street in the sun enjoying a pint .A nice pub to watch the world go by. A good selection of local beers and a Czech Republic beer. They also serve food.

After a lot of walking, looking for somewhere to eat that wasn't Italian, we came across The Bull. From the outside it looked like an ordinary pub with quite a nice menu. It was a nice surprise going inside the find the pub extended a long way back and was full of diners. I had the halloumi burger, my husband... More

Visited some time ago for a meal and noticed it had limited accommodation. Took a slow journey to Manchester and stopped over for one night. Recently refurbished room, excellent meal in the bar and a first class breakfast in the morning. Booked through trip advisor and had an absolute bargain. Much better value than the heavily advertised chains.

The property is a bit of a walk from the station, but that is not an issue as you walk past the main street shops and restaurants of this beautiful old town. The Inn is very well located close to shops and restaurants on a cobbled street in this medieval town. They have a busy good vibe pub downstairs. I... More

While this is an Inn , the groundfloor restaurant is open to the general public. The portion size is quite generous and there is a large variety of options . Vegetarians will be pleased to see options to their liking . A large selection of sandwiches are in the £5-6 range . They also offer fish and chips , hamburgers... More

A very nice place to stay. Location is in the city centre. I came by train and the walk from the railwaystation is easy. Friendly staff, check in is at the restaurant downstairs. Room was very nice and cosy. Great bed, slept well! Breakfast was also good. The only problem during my stay was the weak wifi signal in my... More
