With a lot more work on presentation and cleanliness in the room this place would be OK, however a set of drawers that were falling apart a base sheet that was mucky and being asked to pay the remainder of the bill before we had even seem the room. Having said that the breakfast was good, friendly service and a... More

The Bull is excellent value for money we went for a short break what you might call a good beer break and Ludlow is prefect for that, this is the second time we have stayed and again first class the room was really good and the breakfast first class would highly recommend.

My Wife and I booked a room at The Bull for a Saturday night whilst attending the Ludlow Spring Festival. We considered ourselves lucky to get a place to stay in such a central location, and on such a busy weekend. On arrival, a very friendly local chap moved his car so we could park up overnight (the car park... More

A fantastic Georgian frontage and older courtyard, however, the decor and furnishings have been neglected. There is a beautiful old cooking range, but otherwise it is sadly down at heel. The beer was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the Gents loo was lacking plumbing, so there was an unpleasant aroma wafting through.this could be an amazing pub... More

A really old Tudor building with sloping floor. The room was adequate and clean but the pub noise was too loud to go to sleep before chucking out time around midnight. It was very quiet after that. Breakfast in the sunny dining room was really good and very friendly staff. The bar wasn't particularly nice, a bit rowdy and not... More

Stayed here when attending a wedding reception at the Feathers over the road. Very good bar staff excellent ales, a lot cheaper than elsewhere. Room was a delight. Found the local customers very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A bonus was the on-site parking A1+++

Nice frontage but the real appeal is through into the courtyard " a step back in time" we had a lovely stay, good size, pleasant room, comfy bed, large en suite with full size bath, could nt fault it, my favourite bit was the lovely large spacious breakfast room with beautiful stripped floor boards, very large window looking down onto the...
