Tim and Sarah are the nicest hosts you could ever wish to meet. We were totally spoiled over our weekend stay with tea and cake on tap and so easy to chat with. It was like spending the weekend with old friends. We stayed in the Eliot room which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely. The breakfasts are superb, cooked... More

We were looking for a decent couples' retreat for Valentine's weekend and were treated to so much more at the Library House, right in the centre of Ironbridge. Tim, Sarah and Millie the Jack Russell were outstanding hosts, welcoming us with a glass of wine each upon arrival in front of a warm fire. Stayed in the Eliot Room, which... More

We were expecting a high quality guest house but .... The bedroom carpet was stained in several places, the wardrobe door didn't shut properly, the cushions were stained and/or frayed at the corners. Ok, that's the bad points. A good welcome, very comfortable bed, lovely clean bathroom, good breakfast, fantastic location and free parking. So, overall a good place to... More

We had a great few days with Lizzie it really is as good as every one says. I will certainly stay again with Lizzie and feel I was returning to family. The breakfast choice was large and cooked to perfection. We always felt we could sit in the beautiful restful lounge but with so much to do in Telford we... More

Thanks Lizzie for a very comfortable stay. You certainly lived up to our expectations, with all our needs attended too We were really made to feel at home the minute we arrived and your recomendations for places to eat were spot on. The location of the Library House is a great location for exploring the surrounding area.

This was a Rick Steves' recommended B&B and boy it did not disappoint. Liz and her little dog Fiz were the best. The room was fantastic, every thing about it was first class. The overall inn is just so beautiful. The dining room was a delight and the breakfast was excellent. My wife and I were on a 30 day... More

We were lucky enough to get a last minute cancellation. Liz, our host, was warm and friendly, offering us a glass of wine on arrival and making sure we had a parking permit. Our room was clean, modern, large and well decorated and the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was superb and set us up for a day of... More

Stayed at the library house for two nights in September and it didn't disappoint. Our bags were taken to our room and we were offered a glass of wine. We were given a parking permit, which is fab! Our room was the smaller one but had a lovely private garden terrace. Bed was so comfy, bathroom was spotless, and the... More

I stay for one night due a business trip. The room's decotation was very elegance, and warm. It was also a big room with a perfect en suite bathroom. We have an excellent breakfast, that we could choose in advance. The situation is convinience, as you can go walking in 2 minutes to the Iron bridge, and to any reastaurant... More
