Booked a room for one night at this hotel and traveled with another couple. When we booked the room both of us hadn't add breakfast. Prior to arriving I booked breakfast in advance. Arrived on the day and was charged £17.98 for 2 breakfasts. Nothing to over the top about that. However the couple we traveled with booked on the...

Excellent value hotel. The rooms are lovely and very spacious , excellent bathroom and hotel has feee parking ( just very busy if Sheffield united are playing at home ) friendly staff and easy check in bar prices are quite expensive but probably what you'd expect from a city type hotel

A very average hotel that aspires to be greater. I've stayed here a couple of times now. The location is excellent (even on match days), the staff are pleasant, but the accommodation not quite as good as you would expect. Narrow duvets on twin beds is not cosy in Sheffield in winter! A shower that runs hot and cold (mostly...

Stayed one night on November 29th for the Rod Stewart concert at Sheffield Arena. Staff very friendly. Rooms are amazing with very comfortable king size beds. Bath & shower with plenty of piping hot water. Paid extra for breakfast which is buffet so you can eat as much as you like. Drinks at the bar are pricey, but that is...

Excellent service from staff, special mention to Adam (bar manager) and Michelle (reception), everything was good, food is good, good value for money, pleasantly far enough from city centre, bedrooms comfortable and superb!

The best thing about this hotel us it's location but I wouldn't risk it on a match day as congestion is very poor. Actually that is a bit of a theme. Choice of items on the menu was very limited in the restaurant - and don't bother with the Brownie bites - they were truly horrible. When I mentioned it...

not a bad place to stay if you are going to city centre, even better if you are going to Sheffield Utd footie as hotel is attached to ground. Staff friendly and helpful, 2nd floor rooms are noisy if there is something on in the 1st floor function rooms, fairly loud music till half 12. Breakfast was pretty good but...

the reception was the best indication of what the hotel was going be like, not very impressive. on first glance the room looked really nice but on closer inspection there were lots of little faults. architrave missing around the mirror, cracks in the lamp, marks and dents in the wall. then on to the restaurant they were short on lots...

The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean and larger than expected. Took a taxi to Sheffield town centre which only cost £4. Had the afternoon tea at the hotel which was very nice! Would definitely go back.
