The hotel seems abandoned and uncared for. The building itself is cute, but inside the carpets are stained and worn. The bed covers have stains the plumbing was awful. (first room the shower didn't work, switched to another room and later found out the toilet didn't work in the new room). The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Reception was at another... More

I was going to the Royal International Air Tattoo being held at Fairford on Sunday and decided at the last moment to travel on the evening before and stay at a hotel nearby the display to cut the journey down on the Sunday. This place was nearest I could get as all of the hotels remotely near the base was... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was booked for me. Arrived Sunday evening and had to check in at the hotel next door. Directions to the room were non existant. Had breakfast each morning, could hear the microwave in the kitchen and even so the food was not as hot as it could have been. The coffee was also not very... More

I have just stayed for a week, never again. Should have got the measure when I pulled up into the builders yard of a car park. Booked in reception first forgot to hand me the key then forgot to tell me the room. The room was old and tired, faded eiderdown on the bed, stained carpets, couldn't open the door... More

Breakfast was cold? Sorry, but no, it wasn't. Every morning you were one of the first showing up and breakfast was hot and just made. The smell of smoke in the corridors? Hmmm, I think you are mistaking it with the smell in your own room after more than 4 days not allowing the cleaner to get in to clean... More

It's okay. Nothing more than that. It took me 30 minutes to wash the bird crap off my car because the car park is not designed to be a car park but a forest. Really helpful chap allowed me access to the kitchen so I could use all that I needed to remove said detritus. I didn't eat breakfast that... More

Travelled from hotel booked by me turned out to be v good, this hotel booked by wife disappointing-she felt let down. These two trips part of 46th wedding anniversary treat to each other. Little things add up to be annoying. No tea/coffee-went found staff who said it was in cupboard-said had found tray of cups, sugar and kettle but no... More

The room was OK in that it was clean. However, it smelt of stale smoke or damp or a mixture of the two. There was a clue in that on the unmanned reception desk, there was a empty can of air freshener. We could not even open the window as the heating system was not working.

We booked in with a very helpful lady at the desk. When we got to our room it was freezing cold the radiator had broken. I went to reception and the lady said she would take a look. So we went out for dinner. When we returned the lady at reception said she had taken a look and it couldn't... More

We stayed for one night whilst on business and we needed a dog friendly hotel. We were shown to our room by a very friendly receptionist. The room was large and fully furnished with a very comfortable and clean bed. The shower was poweful and hot and there was a large t.v which functioned perfectly for a budget hotel. On... More
