Our one night stay was faultless. We liked the quirky decor and the rooms were great - not huge but big bed and big shower - so what's not to like. The staff were efficient and friendly. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Public areas in the lobby were inviting. Location suited the purpose of our visit and...

Excellent venue, great service, location ideal for town centre location, rooms clean and adequate, nothing over complicated. Breakfast amazing, bar menu and restaurant plenty of choice at a reasonable cost

Pentahotel offers comfortable rooms and the bathroom was modern & clean. Attended a conference and the dinner was good. On the down side the WiFi is free but very slow and rooms located on side of Oxford road can be a bit noisy.

Wasn't sure what I was going to get as hadn't heard of Penthotel before. It looked like a cinema from the outside but on entering you can see it has a different vibe to other hotels I've stayed in. Staff were friendly, environment was great, food lovely, room nice - very comfy bed and great shower. Only small point is...

I tried two rooms, but both were so noisy (next to 4 lane dual carriage way with two slip roads) that I cancelled my booking and checked in to another hotel. When I walked in both sounded as though a window had been left open (both on same side one on 1st and one on 2nd floor), I had no...

When I previously reviewed PentaHotel some time ago the review was okay-ish. There were a few downsides like service. This has now changed. Service is spot on. Amber in particular is a delight to deal with. Great place to stay, stop over during meetings, or sit down and work quietly. Music can be loud, very loud. This is the down...

This is a lovely hotel with really fun decor! The bar downstairs was a lot of fun, and a bonus that it's open 24hours! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was a little cold (for my taste) and I called the reception, they sent up a heater in less than 5 minutes! The gym downstairs is fab, once...

Hotel is cool when you walk in, kind of like when you walk into a nice club in London... dark, funky, music, bar right there by the door... all good. Nice friendly staff that gave me a quiet room. Funky décor, lots of space and didn't feel claustrophobic like a lot of other hotels for similar prices do. Shower head...

Very clean and tidy appearance when first entering hotel. Staff helpful at desk and clear directions given for meal service and where room located. Room disappointed in as looked a bit tired plus even though not disabled was provided with a disabled room. Saying that though bed was comfortable and room clean. Wi-Fi service poor, very intermittent. Breakfast had good...

A fairly decent hotel with friendly staff, but the whole lift issue is just ridiculous. There are only two lifts servicing the building, and it seems guests are not allowed to take the stairs. One of these lifts is out of use which results in a lot of waiting around. This really should be looked at as a matter of...
