What's not to say about our wonderful experience while staying at the Home Farm House in Holton, UK. We were delighted guests of Sonja and Robert's for nearly a week and can't emphasize enough how gracious and affable they both were in welcoming us during our stay. For you city slickers there may not be enough night life or traffic...

I have only two regrets about my enjoyable night at Home Farm House B&B; that I didn't make room for the cooked breakfast and that I only stayed for one night. This is a beautiful property and the owners were very welcoming, from guiding me by phone to find them on a very dark and blustery evening through to making...

We were looking to find a B&B near Le Manoir. This proved perfect. We stayed in the annexe which contains 3 double rooms, kitchen and lounge area. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the location just right for visiting Oxford the next day. Sonja arranged taxis for us and cooked a great breakfast in the main farm house. Highly...

Booked one night very last minute as relative suddenly admitted to local hospital. Stayed in one of the upstairs rooms in the annex. Room was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Sonja was very, kind and had done some research regarding the nearby park & ride which we found most helpful.Thankfully we didn't have to...

A tranquil and rural location, despite being very near the M40 - so very easy to access. Our large room was on the ground floor of the annex with beautiful, understated decor and a spotless shower room. It was great to have armchairs to relax on - no fighting over the only chair, as so often happens! Tea/coffee making facilities...

We stayed here overnight as a base for lunching at the Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons. (The taxi fare was just over £11 each way.) We were impressed by the unspoilt and peaceful location. We were accommodated upstairs in the Annex: modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our room had shower, but no bath; nor could we discover a shaver point, but...

I highly recommend Home Farm House having enjoyed staying here several times. The rooms are light, beautifully presented and have very comfortable beds with crisp bed linen. There is a kettle with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. The bathrooms have great showers and everywhere is spotlessly clean. I've stayed in rooms in the main house and...

I was sad to say goodbye to Sonja & Robert today, I've been a regular visitor for the last three years while studying for a post grad at nearby Brookes University, but the course is finished so I'm unlikely to need to stay again. No matter what time I arrived, sometimes late in the evening after a long journey &...

I contacted the owner to enquire about room availabilities for February. The owner was originally polite and offered me a room/rate for that period. I then (politely) asked if I could possibly have a look at the room and facilities. The room is for my father who is elderly and has special needs related to his condition. The owner then...

The original enquiry telephone call appeared to be suspicious and was vague about the required dates at which point I suggested an alternative local B & B. At no time during this telephone conversation was I informed that the room was for his elderly father with special needs. I did not find out about his father until a subsequent email...
