Most disappointing, from the pictures I was deceived into believing we were staying in a posh hotel to find it’s blocks of training rooms. Hard to find your allocated dormitory after dark. The walls in the rooms are paper thin, offering no privacy. Breakfast was undercooked and cold served in what I would describe as a ‘staff’ dining room. On... More

Beautiful surroundings, stunning manor house, Staff were brilliant nothing was to much trouble any thing we asked for was sorted out within a jiffy We ate breakfast out side each morning in the beautiful surroundings. Rooms were spotless towels were lovely and soft. Rooms arn't huge but who wants to stay in the room we had a good view. It... More

As a company we have used Middle Aston for team and management development events over a number of years. This is the main function of Middle Aston House and they are fantastic at providing a well managed beautiful setting for such events. As others have said the bedroom accommodation isn't in the house. However the annex buildings fit into the... More

On arrival the building looked marvellous and we were thrilled . However our accommodation was in an annexe building and was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The television was the size of a postage stamp and we couldn't get any channels . The bed was so small that we hardly fitted in it and the bathroom was grubby.... More

Lovely setting for a hotel but thats it i,m afraid. The check in was ok and the room was clean but lacked character as did the whole of the hotel complex. The rooms are not very private because you can hear every word and movement from the next room . As for the breakfast, it is a buffet style cooked... More

Booked the hotel after seeing charming photos of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Arrived ( after quite a long drive ) to be met by incredibly rude and unprofessional receptionist who in the space of 10 minutes made me want to leave at once - the only reason we stayed is that my elderly parent were with us. The rooms - we... More

No late check in after 9pm and only bar food available in the evening with a limited menu. The booked double room had the smallest possible double bed that was very uncomfortable as the metal springs could be felt through the sheets.Only one set of towels proved for two..

The main House is lovely but seems only used as reception, bar, breakfast room. PIty is as you'll see from other visitors this is a conference centre making money on the side as Hotel. Rooms dormitory like poorly decorated, not very clean. Our bath towels were not changed even though we had left them In The bath to be changed,... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here on a Saturday in July, it was one of the only hotels in the area that offered breakfast for under £100 a night. We arrived to breathtaking views of Oxfordshire, a beautiful house in extremely well kept grounds. We originally thought our room would be in the main house however bedrooms have been built... More

I had been fortunate to book this accomodation whilst working in Bicester. The grounds are great, and it feels as though you are stepping back in time. After long hours all I wanted to do is get cleaned up and relax. The room I had been staying in was all I needed for a one night stay over. I had... More
