Great service, very professional and friendly motivated staff. Had a problem with the radiator in the first room we had and moved us no issue. Our room was amazing, spotlessly clean, great facilities (Nespresso machine, nice bluetooth speaker) comfy bed, room was very nicely done, trendy dark blue "Farrow and Ball" walls with a really nice bathroom with loads of hot water. Dinner on the Friday night was excellent - nothing fancy just really good pub grub well done - very nice rib eye steak and the best home made chips....breakfast was also excellent, full English with local bacon and sausages and perfectly cooked poached eggs with the Eggs Benedict. Great location by the river

Really nice place to stay in a great location. Our room was lovely, the bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The only downside was our room faced out onto student accommodation, so had noise until about 2/3am the Friday and Saturday night. It meant we couldn't open the windows and the room did get quite hot. Noise from next door as well so think the walls are quite thin. Glad I brought earplugs with me!

A very comfortable stay, with friendly staff and good attention to social distancing. And a great location too, for the university and beautiful Christchurch Meadows. Parked at Redbridge Park and Ride which is convenient and well-priced.

Arrived on a glorious sunny Sunday and managed to bag a great table on the water’s edge. We ordered the Sunday Roast which was brilliant. We’d booked in for one night and booked another night without even seeing our room. We loved the location and the food was excellent and knew we wanted to stay! Our room was their smallest double.. it’s very small but perfectly equipped with everything you need. They moved us to a larger room for our second night which was perfect. Breakfast is wonderful and their staff are great. We had a lovely few days and will most definitely be returning!

The manager could not have been more helpful on our sup trip down the Thames. Found us somewhere to store our boards and made our stay really easy. Great location on the river and super comfy room and a great dinner.
