We stayed in the top floor room with the twin beds because it was the only one available, and even though my husband was sad we were in separate beds, we cannot express enough how wonderful our stay was! We stayed in September 2016 for 3 nights, and not only was the room clean, private, and comfortable, but the breakfasts...

We had a 3 night stay at the B&B and were so please with our choice. It is on the doorstep of all of the attractions in the city on a quiet road. It is really cosy and the hosts Stuart and Carrie were brilliant. Breakfasts were really good and not over facing. The pancakes are worth a try. And...

A special place....Carrie and Stuart are wonderful hosts offering a unique Oxford experience in their charming 16th century B&B in the heart of academic Oxford. Our room on the top floor was quaint and charming if, as expected, a bit cramped. But everything worked fine, including Wi-Fi and being across from New College added an atmosphere of undergraduate life. Of...

Welcomed by Carrie and Stuart into their delightful home. We stayed in All Souls room and also appreciated the window open at night. We had very warm weather 27 degrees for three days in mid September 2016. Dining room just exquisite, breakfast all fresh food and very tasty. Our room was quaint and appealed to our characters. Stuart also has...

This is a small charming B&B in the heart of Oxford within walking distance of all the major sites. Breakfast is home-cooked with great eggs and coffee. The rooms are spacious, charming and quiet. The hosts are gracious. Stuart has been running Oxford walking tours for 30+ years, and is very amusing and knowledgeable. Wifi is excellent. Highly recommended.

Holywell Bed and Breakfast was a perfect holiday escape. I stayed in The All Souls Room and loved sleeping with the window open and the street light giving just the amount of light to not bother. The room was decorated very tastefully and so inviting. Carrie had different sizes of lamps in the room that made it so welcoming and...

Holywell Bed and Breakfast is a gem! We wish we had stayed longer. First of all it is charmingly decorated and so comfortable and a 16th century building. It is situated perfectly for exploring Oxford (and do go on an Oxford Walking Tour with Stuart as your guide.) There is off street parking that is private and secure. Our breakfast...

Stuart & Carrie made us so welcome from the moment we arrived to departure. The bedrooms and breakfast room were so comfortable and characterful and had everything you would want. Location in the centre of Oxford could not be bettered and secure parking offered all day, even before our rooms were available, and also all day on leaving. Nothing to...

We had a perfect stay here during our visit and truly enjoyed everything about this adorable B&B to include our hosts and Jack, their cute puppy. The hosts were genuinely helpful and breakfast each morning was delicious - especially the Blueberry Pancakes! Holywell B&B is very centrally located and we easily walked everywhere. I highly recommend the host's walking tours...

We booked 4 days with Carrie and Stuart at this lovely B and B in the heart of Oxford. The home is beautiful, quaint and comfortable and amazingly up to date for a home that is hundreds of years old. We were especially impressed with the comfort of the bed. There are stairs so you do need to be able...
