Checked in by one friendliest receptionists we've ever come across she was efficient and helpful. She made us feel very welcome. Excellent facilities, very big delicious breakfast! Advice to others: don't be put off by reading those nasty false reviews as I can prove they were all lies. Just book your room here!

Booked a double room. The invoice stated it could be a double or a twin. Phoned to confirm it would definitely be a double. When a woman with poor English answered the phone and asked what I wanted, I began to tell her. Out of the blue, she barked at me to hold on. She disappeared. I could hear her...

Our family of three stayed here and were quite pleased with everything. The front end staff was super friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. Our rooms were very comfortable and pleasing aesthetically. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious- and the breakfast room was lovely. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

I stayed here in December, needing somewhere near the centre for a work Christmas party. The hotel is clean & modern with stylish rooms that are very, very comfortable. The breakfast smelt amazing, but I was full up from the night before! My only quibble was that landing lights were left on and there was a considerable gap under the...

Lovely little B and B. Very clean and quiet, and friendly receptionist. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and good service. The bedrooms seem small but have all you need, though I doubt the wisdom of wooden floors, easy to clean yes but you can hear every step the person in the room above takes.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect and for the same price as a characterless holiday inn, it's a no brainier! Lovely staff, very clean, tastefully decorated and an amazing free breakfast! I would definitely go back...

Stayed here for 2 nights, with my son, whilst visiting my daughter in the area. It's a lovely building and looks like it has been newly decorated. Our room was a twin, at the back, and wasn't very big but was fine for us. The glass door into the ensuite wasn't for me. My 15 year old son was horrified...

Just managed to squeeze into car-park among the trade vehicles. There is a massive extension/building going on to the property and they located our room right next door - so not only did we have drilling at 9am, we also lost electricity just as we were about to check out - the timing of this therefore did not inconvenience us...

Average hotel. Positives: Wi-Fi, free parking, perfect location as you can be in the town centre in 10 minutes on a clean and comfortable bus. Staff friendly, bed comfy, room clean, breakfast tasty. Negatives: tiny room, could barely move in there, too warm as 2 radiators in such a tiny space. No bathroom door! It was a fancy piece of...

The hotel is located centrally between Oxford Centre and Summertown, just a £2 trip by the bus. The rooms were fairly small, but newly furnished. It was parking space in the back, and the breakfast was excellent. We were located on ground floor, and it was difficult to get the heat up. WiFi was free, but extremely slow. Totally we...
