We've had the most wonderful weekend stay in the hotel. Brilliant party Friday night with fabulous canapés and food! The staff were most attentive, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is very, very good! Would highly recommend 👌
Just spent the night in the hotel. First visit to a Jury Hotel and was really impressed. Everything you could want, staff couldn’t do enough for you and made sure you had everything you needed. Room was fully equipped with hairdryer, iron, ironing board, loads of towels and pillows. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space. Friends birthday dinner there was amazing. Best steak I have had. The waiters and waitresses were very professional and attentive. Hopefully will return in the very near future
Travelled to Oxford for Work & stayed at Jurys for a night welcomed by friendly staff and shown to a comfy clean room, after work (night shift) arrived back at hotel to the extremely helpful night team (Greg & Gabriel) who were happy to assist at the late hour (4am) would definitely return & will be back soon thank you Jurys inn!
Just back from a business conference. The staff at Jury’s were absolutely excellent. Couldn’t do enough to make it a pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable Special shout out for the ever patient Ollie - thank you
Amazing staff on such a sad day for the queen's funeral. Food was amazing. Price was very good too. The food for the money was good. The sandwiches you order were verry filling and large amount of what you get for your price. Overall AMAZING
Very happy with the service provided by our waitress Roberta! She was very polite and attentive. We were there as a company to watch the Queens funeral. Roberta showed respect, was very welcoming and friendly. I noticed that she works extremely hard! A lot harder than anyone else seemed to be!! She is a great credit to your company and I would be happy to return again for private functions. I would recommend your hotel to friends, family and other colleagues. Please send our thanks and gratitude to Roberta! She’s been amazing .
Today we attended to watch the queens funeral and the Jurys Inn kindly allowed us to standby there as we are in the Ambulance service. Roberta looked after our crews and was amazing. She was so welcoming and friendly and went above of what was expected. She regularly checked inn on us and made great conversation. She was certainly the best staff member around by far! Thank you Roberta
We travel to Oxford at least once a year and always stay at Jury's Inn. It's so convenient for the centre of Oxford with a bus stop just outside. Great to see the cooked breakfast back after covid stopped it. Love the bar too. Check in and out times have changed since our last visit though. Check in is now 4 pm ( used to be 3) which doesn't bother us as we dont usually arrive until early evening. But checkout is now 11am which we found was just too early especially if you don't get to breakfast until 10 am. Hopefully it will go back to mid day check out. Mid day is pretty standard in hotels of this rating. We actually didn't manage 11am as I had my sons room to Check out too but no one seemed to mind on reception which was a relief. Check in staff fantastic, in fact all staff went out of their way to help during our stay. Returning later this year with our daughter.…
This hotel is well situated but the rooms need a refurbishment, they’re worn out. Clean enough, but bathroom vents, dingy toilet seats and scuffed paintwork don’t merit the price. Soundproofing could be improved too.
The room we were in, 135, has a very uncomfortable bed. We were also kept awake by thumping music from a disco until 1 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast starts at 7am and we were down at breakfast at 5 past 7 in the morning and most of the cooked breakfast was cold. Staff were standing round with their hands in their pockets and didn't seem interested in helping guests. The only saving grace was the reception staff. We were delt with by Sam, who was excellent.
