Milk was gone off, cracked teacups in room no plug sockets, bathroom was tiny didn't have a hairdryer although stated on website that it did. Breakfast was mediocre at best, lukewarm. Wasn't around when we departed. Beds were comfortable and that was probably it's only redeeming feature to be honest.

A friend and I shared this place. We commented it was super cold (room number 7) There is a lady there that seems very nice but having visited different places, I felt she was not genuine. One of those people who suddenly turn "english no good!" when you asked a difficult question. We were cold. The room was very, very... More

* We got kicked out of our room, so that he could give it to 3 other people as it was a twin room and someone else wanted to make a booking with 3 people. * To do this he told us he had a better room for us. It was in fact the WORST room. He refused to refund... More

The room was a bit small, the bathroom so small it was difficult for my boyfriend to wash his hands. They don't speak english very well, which made questions a bit difficult. Full english breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Only 10 minutes to city center w/ bus, Summertown shops nearby.

Worst place ever, please cherish your money, don't throw your money to this place. The attitude of the staff was worst I haver ever seen for the B&B hotel. I think they really don't like this job. Just don't book this one if you want some good sleep.

Good stay! Very nice and friendly staff. Straight forward room with nice tv and shower facilities. Was here on a trip to the libraries at the uni for my dissertation and it's done the job. Summertown is nice - nice bars and shops - enough amenities to suffice! Would recommend!

This is the worst place in ever stayed. Smells disgusting, it's dirty, pubes in the bathroom shower topped with corrugated plastic, wallpaper stopping off the walls. I went to complain and was told that I could just leave, everywhere else in Oxford was full and this wasn't an option as I had a wedding recurs so to get to. I... More

If all you need is a place to sleep this place is ok. Located near a bus stop and local shops in Summertown this rather shabby looking guest house is a 10 minute bus drive from Oxford city centre. The family room we booked was small, but clean. Hardly any room for suitcases, and not a place to relax after... More

Adams guest house was in a good location to see Oxford with free parking and cheap parking for the day once we checked out. The shower did not work properly and the breakfast was very small in serving size.

On a positive side, they offered inclusive carpark and breakfast. It is not a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. It is however near a bus stop. Wifi worked for us. It is dated, it is not welcoming and chatty. It is a business selling rooms. We got a quad for the family and it served its purpose.... More
