Very nice and clean exactly as to what you would expect. Staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and although we had the kids in with us, had a great sleep. Consistent experience of the PI brand.

We parked in St James multi-storey as Mount Street was closed off for season tickets or something. Maybe check if vans can get in, spaces not super wide but ok. 5 mins walk the other side of dual carriageway to the Premier. Nice easy location. £24 hour stay £18 but goes down to £11 if you present yr ticket to hotel reception on arrival. Other car parks around as well if these two no good. Felt safe and secure enough, plenty seemed to be using. Hope this helps. Premier was good, great breakfast, great location for the centre and quite hotel considering it’s just off an island, very pleasant.

yes they have irons and ironing boards .you wont find them in rooms on arival ,just pop to reception and request ,there always accomidating with anything you may need ,extra towels ,tea and coffee ect.
I don’t know but the doors are locked and you need your key to access the hotel and also when you get upstairs you need your key to access the corridor where the rooms are.
