We stayed here for one night and had the worst night's sleep ever! Unfortunately it was not the hotels fault - screaming woman and constant car alarms going off meant that we had around 4 hours sleep. I was very grateful for the complimentary lavender sleep spray! Breakfast area is very pleasant and the pastries and cooked breakfast were fantastic... More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights to attend a wedding in Nottingham Friday 29th July and 30th July. Room was comfortable and clean but the bathroom needs upgrading the shower was not very good though there was a good supply of toiletries. The hotel is situated next to Nottingham castle in the centre of Nottingham very close to bars... More

I stayed here for one night on business. I wanted something at a good price but with more character than a chain hotel. I certainly got that! Check in was quick, but, as a lone female traveller, I would have preferred it if my room number was not announced loudly for everyone to hear! My room was one of the crash... More

Stayed here recently on business and was impressed was a really nice hotel. The rooms are a bit on the small side but have everything you require. Right across the road from the Castle & other attractions & 2 minute walk into the main square. The only downside was it was a very warm day & the room had no... More

Ideal base to explore all Nottingham has to offer and a little different to the usual chain hotels. Close to bars, restaurants & shops. Free wifi & remember to validate your parking ticket if you use the NCP next door as its a good saving. We had stayed on two of the warmest nights this year so hotel provided an... More

This little hotel is in a really fantastic central location. The staff are all very friendly and helpfull. However the only way to describe my room is that i felt like a little hobbit for the week, even the bathtub was the smallest i have ever seen :) I only used the room to shower and sleep as it was... I stayed there two nights ago on a one-day business trip to the city. The hotel is well located, near the castle and is fairly quiet. The layout is unusual with a split-level bar / eating area and a twisty route to the rooms. My room was small though it was a single, the bathroom was very compact indeed and... More
