The room was clean and ideal for our needs was quiet considering it was in the middle of the city centre overall stay was fine however my husband had to leave earlier than myself and their was a fee of 10 pounds for a later check out which was an extension of 2 hours I'd fallen bk to sleep and...

Some staff can be slow on reception and may appear unorganised, room completely fine however they do not provide complementary biscuits which made me and my partner feel very disappointed when having morning tea. After the devastating news about the biscuits we were horrified by the price of parking!

Stayed for one night. Worst hotel ever stayed in. It's shabby 1980's decor, dirty, broken. The staff are slow non interested and out of Fawlty towers, it's just a horrible place to stay. Like a working men's club with rooms. The breakfast was poorly presented and not pleasant.

We have just returned from a 4 night Christmas break at this hotel. On booking this trip we made the error of reading the Trip Advisor reviews and on arrival expected the worst. On arrival we were very pleasantly surprised. One thing to bear in mind this is not a five star hotel and doesnt claim to be. Our room...

Value for money? - ABSOLUTELY NOT. Holes in walls. Ants on floor. Shabby, the key wouldn't open our door as the key lock is dodgy. No wifi in bedrooms. I'm surprised I'm giving you 1 star. Lifts take about 30mins to come down and/or up.

It has a feel of a cheap b&b in Skegness , the room has no heating and even the heated towel rail doesn't work. I've been to reception to report this as it's so cold and at ten o'clock they are still looking for a heater as they are limited. I've been to hostels with better facilities. The decor is...

This could have been so much better if the staff got their act together !! Whilst the junior staff did their best, worked as best they could and were very pleasant in dealing with the customers, they were so let down by their management !! We was on a organised Coach Christmas Market trip which included a nights accommodation here...

Good location and clean sheets and towels, but other than that is hotel was pretty shabby. It was cheap - £50 for a Wednesday night, but definitely not cheerful! Very run down throughout, the tap in the bathroom dripped continuously, and the cleaners obviously don't clean behind the doors in the bathroom, as it was very scummy. The cleaners were...

A budget hotel yes, value for the money- absolutely not! On checking in, the gent in front of me had been allocated a room, only to find someone was already in there, not a good start. The whole place was dirty and dated. The hallways had carpet ripped, skirting boards with chipped paint work and it was cold! The room...
