Booked 3 apartments for family to celebrate mum's 90th. Each apartment very well presented. Would stay again. Perfect base to explore Northumberland. All amenities on site apart from Sky tv . due to poor reception also mobile phone reception poor, so good place to escape to.

We stayed at Falstone Barns from 5th to 11th June. The owners Simon & Nicky are very welcoming and the staff Helen & Linda were both extremely helpful and always found time for you.Over the week we had the opportunity of seeing all the barns subject to them being vacant and they were all beautiful and each one is equally... We hired the farmhouse for my mum's Young 70th birthday. Had everything we needed and more, we lived in the large kitchen very warm and welcoming, bedrooms and bathrooms all beautiful and we'll equipped. Quiet location gorgeous, friendly village only 15 minutes picturesque walk to kielder water. Plenty of fun and memories with family and friends, what ever the occasion... More

We stayed in the French apartment, the accommodation was lovely and clean, great spot to visit Kielder. Only downside is when people are in the apartment upstairs it is quite loud as you can hear people walking around and using the bathroom.

We booked Falstone Barns as my husband was competing in an endurance mountain bike event at Kielder. Late arrival after slow progress on the M6. As we entered we were wrapped in a very warm and cosy glow. Heating on full, accommodation absolutely top class with exceptional attention to detail. Shame we arrived late and left early as we'd have... More

Let me start by saying 'luxurious' accommodation would normally be our last choice, usually preferring to stay cheap and cheerful and spend more on the trip. On this occasion however seeing as it was my other half's birthday we decided to pay a bit more and enjoy a Kielder short break in style. I have absolutely no regrets, Falstone completely... More

As a large family group to celebrate a special birthday, we booked the whole of this property to use as our base to explore the surrounding Northumberland national park. The accommodation was every bit as impressive as the pictures on the website. Very clean, lovely furnishings throughout and very warm. The children in the group had great freedom running around... We stayed for two nights in the Romantic and had a great stay. The barn was beautifully decorated and lovely and warm, kitchen had all of the amenities and bathroom shower was powerful and warm. Highly recommend it! Plenty of car parking space and The Pheasant Inn does amazing food.
