Susan the proprietor looked after us well and made a difficult occasion easier to deal with. Stayed here 3 times now and would absolutely stay again. A lovely quiet location in an attractive village. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had one of the large outside rooms, which was great, nice and large and ideal during the currnet covid crises. The host was very welcoming and provided a great service with the breakfast delivery. Room was very comfortable, clean and warm. Will stay again next time we are in the area, and maybe can try out the rooms inside the main building.

Friendly and very helpful staff, comfortable room and a great breakfast. Shower should be better. A lovely village to walk around. No doubt that dinner would be lovely out of lock down. Would visit again

We needed to find a hotel for a late booking overnight stay before setting off for a few days on a motorcycle tour in the North. This was a perfect location with a friendly host and secure parking for our bikes immediately outside our room in a private car park. The room itself was large and spotlessly clean with a good bathroom! Eveerything we needed.
