Attended a meeting here and was shocked and disgusted to receive a £100 parking charge from Parking Eye. The hotel manager couldn't care less when I asked for help. My first email (with evidence I was there legitimately) was ignored, and when I called 2 weeks later to chase it, the deputy manager refused to help. They have outsourced the...

Two days before, I realised I needed a hotel room to stay at in Northampton for one night and booked a room here. I was very happy with the hotel. Free parking (you just enter your reg plate number at reception). Wifi available, nice shower, comfy bed, fast check-in and check-out. The hotel itself is very easy to find, you...

For a hotel needed as a stopover or business trip it's ideal and fits the bill. Large car park with charging points for electric cars it's free just make sure you enter your reg on tablet. Had a feel of a Travelodge but a lot better and more like a more expensive budget hotel but reasonable prices. Rooms very clean...

What a good find, I will be using this chain again on my travels. The hotel appeared to be very basic but everything you could need was there. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. The bathroom had a great walk in shower like a wet room (no bath). Perfect..... My colleague and I used the restaurant and was...

Without recycling all the points listed already, this place is OK for a night or two. Yes be alert to the parking and wifi, and the green really is very green. Service is quick, beds not quite Premier Inn standard everything else functional. Food's OK. Ideally located for road network, but quiet inside rooms.

Stopping here for 2 nights and can't quite believe that a supposed business hotel makes you pay for wifi. You get only 20 mins free and then it's charged after that you have to go to the front desk and buy a voucher don't try to purchase extra time when 20 mins runs out as this is very expensive got...

Free parking on arrival & easy check-in. Given a 1st floor Disabled room for some odd reason, with wet room & grab rails, ideal for a wheelchair user, but minus a bath and places to put your own toiletries. Toilet seat loose but fixed by management & cheap, thin toilet paper. Room pretty basic, considering the £109 price tag, &...

reception area and bar are bright and attractive but from there the corridors and room had the feel of a motel rather than a hotel. The room was spacious but very clinical, no warmth at all with a VERY green wardrobe! Tea and coffee provided

This hotel is really good but very basic. You have to ask for a hairdryer if needed (not standard) and breakfast is quite continental. Considering how basic and the lack of amenities the price is not overly low. Nice staff - clean - great for a stopover.

On arrival I was presented with a credit card receipt. I had explained that my bank had been compromised and asked if the money had been taken. I was assured that the bank had approved the transaction. No I did not need to pay cash. Err no it had not - I ended up with an unapproved overdraft and a...
