We stayed in the family room with our 2 children and dog. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included hot and cold choices and the food was good. It was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Shambles and 20-25 minute walk to the Minster. Overall, a great value for the money!

Just returned home today from a lovely 2 night stay with my Girlfriend for her birthday. Lovely room (kindly upgraded as it was quiet, and as a nice gesture to my girlfriend). Warm welcome, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, freshly cooked. Room was cosy and warm. Mattress a bit firm for my liking, but, to be fair I'm just used...
