We booked a 2 night stay for the 7th to the 8th November 2014 as little break as we are 7 months pregnant. We booked through booking.com and as it had good reviews, great location and off street parking it seemed ideal. We got a family room as they had had a cancellation, perfect! Stayed at the Aaron Guest House for two nights last week, we can honestly say that we've never felt so relaxed and 'at home' than we have here. Right from when we arrived, where we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Julian, to the morning we left, such a genuinely lovely person!! We were given a parking permit so we...

Had a brilliant two night stay at Aaron Guest House. It's in the perfect location, around the corner from the centre of York and easy to find. The owner Julian was very accommodating and friendly. It was great value and breakfast was lovely.

We stayed at the Aaron from Monday 17 March 2014 for 4 nights. We had only just booked it that morning over the internet at random, our only search criteria being that we wanted to stay in the Bootham area of York, and we couldn't have chosen better! The Aaron is a real value for money guest house. The room...

We arrived to a warm welcome from Julian. Our room was an adequate size and clean throughout. Julian was a great character, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Cereals followed by a good full English. Location was excellent. About 10min walk away. There is also a local shop near by. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying...
