We stayed here for two nights, we were made very welcome by the owner and the staff, the place was very clean and they did a very nice breakfast nothing was too much trouble. Also recommend the Rag Indian restaurant just up the road outside the city walls, one of the best curry's we've ever had and reasonably priced.

I stayed here with a friend in April 2016 and found a gem of a B & B ! Staff were lovely, twin room had ample space and the bed was comfortable, Breakfast was wonderful with a good choice. Don't confuse this with 23 St Marys which is on the next street but much more of a 'boutique' B &B... More

From the moment we came through the door we were made to feel welcome here, really friendly staff. The breakfast was spot on, excellent produce and cereals/fruit too. The room was spotless, of a high standard, and extremely spacious. The location is perfect for sight seeing, its only 6 minutes or so from the walls, and the walk is really... More

We stayed Friday and Saturday. We arrived later then planned on Friday but the guesthouse called us to check us in. The location is very good, walking distance into town or the bus station for the buses to take us to the races. The guesthouse is clean and friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked and was very good. There is... More

The Guest House is very well situated for access to the railway station and within walking distance of all the places to visit in the City. Accommodation is very good with facilities you would normally expect from a hotel. Breakfast was excellent and car parking is available.

Very welcoming and pleasant people, room 4 was a little small facing the back, shower a little snug, double bed but slept like a log, breakfast was hearty and more than enough for the day ahead of shopping, short walk into town along the river, amassing close to town, only tip is the long mirror is only at height for... This is a great place to stay.Warm friendly, everything that you would need. Unfortunately I only stayed one night but will return again soon. The decor was very much to my taste and was very clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower and a good pressure which can be rare.
