We have stayed at number 7 guest house at least 5 times over the last 4 years. As soon as we walk through the door we are immediately made to feel at home. A warm and friendly welcome every time. The entire B and B is very clean and the breakfast is a 10/10. Friends and family have visited on... More

We were warmly welcomed by Lynne and taken to an attractive and spacious room, maintained to a very high standard, with a great view across to the harbour, the sea and the Abbey on the cliff above. It had everything we could possibly need and Lynne also provided us with very useful information about where to eat, etc. The four... More

Stayed at number 7 May bank holiday weekend and could not asked for better accommodation. Stayed in room 8 which was a single on the top floor overlooking the back of the property. Although not the biggest room, it was spotlessly clean, lovely comfy bed, great hospitality tray and had an en suite with fresh towels every day which was... More

Found no7 on the Whtby website needed somewhere to stay for just 2 nights excellent value for money. The hosts George and Lynne were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Only one complaint the breakfasts were so large I couldn't finish it all in all an excellent place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if... More

Number 7 is great for us both in terms location and accommodation situated midway between harbor and cliffs. Stopped in Room 6 again - we like the quirky location with picture window offering a grand vista across Whitby and the sea. Do not choose this one if you don't want stairs its a trek but for us worth it. You... More

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Number 7. The location was very good and the views of the Abbey from our room were breathtaking, George and Lynne were excellent hosts. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We thoroughly recommend this B&B and would gladly return when in Whitby again.
