We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Morningside Hotel. This family run hotel excels in every aspect. The hotel is very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. This was our first visit to Whitby and chose this hotel after reading comments on Tripadvisor. This was a comfortable and welcoming place with excellent food. The breakfast menu was large and the evening meals gave you a large choice and were cooked to perfection. If we return to Whitby this is where we will stay again.
