The room was fantastic, great in size, beds really comfy and very clean too. A travel cot was provided which was very convenient too. Just a 5 min walk from the centre,...

Went there for a weekend away, we live in newcastle. We had some car problems and had to arrive very late. I got in touch with the owners and they really helped me get inside without any problems. The owners were so nice and lovely people. I totally recommend. Can't wait to go back, and when I do, there's no...

Just returned home after a lovely weekend visit to Whitby. The Glendale Guest House was so clean, so cosy and gave us everything we needed. It's in a great location too, with just a five minute walk into the centre. Carol & Mick gave us a warm welcome, helped us out whenever needed and provided us with a delicious breakfast...

Although the walk up is ok the bus service it very good and taxis very reasonable. Parking is very good. The breakfast is brilliant with...

Clean, bright, airy, well appointed: all of the above, but most of all friendly. Add an excellent breakfast and there you have it - a great base for exploring Whitby and the surrounding area. Many thanks for helping to make a good weekend a great one!
