This hotel is a lovely old building which has been refurbished very nicely. We had a beautiful room with a large bed and wonderful bathroom which had colossal bath - fantastic for a soak after a good days walking. We had drinks and food that evening in the bar and a great breakfast the next day in the restaurant. The...

Glorious setting for a wedding, especially for photos. Would have been a perfect place to get married if the staff were more pleasant. Everything seeming to be a chore for them and if they had managed to smile their faces would have cracked. The service was extremely slow and nearly all the staff appeared unhappy. There was a lady in...

We booked for the deal running January and February...£50 B&B if you spend £50 in the restaurant or bar on an evening meal. We took the dogs with us as well. We were all made very welcome. The room was charming with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 Labradors! We enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced meal with...

We booked an overnight stay for New Year's Day at very short notice. On arrival we were suitably impressed by the grandeur of the Manor House and the warm welcome from the staff, especially for our two miniature dachshunds! The room was lovely, a comfortable bed and very clean- as was the bathroom! We were asked to keep our dogs...

A friend and I were on an overnight stay at the hotel for a relaxing break. We were on a dinner, bed and breakfast package. The hotel was warm and welcoming on arrival with log fires burning on what was a cold winter afternoon. It is a short walk into Settle from the hotel so we took a stroll into...
