I stayed for one night on a walking break. Double room for single occupancy at a cost of £65. PLUSSES: Friendly welcome, clean room and well presented breakfast. Small TV in the room was adequate and there was a hospitality tray with a good selection of drinks and a packet of biscuits MINUSSES: This Victorian stone house is very tired... More

Very friendly staff and helpful. I booked three rooms for our group, all were excellent value for money, spacious, neat and tidy for B&B. The locations was excellent for our activities and there was a local pub (the Game Cock), 10 mins walk up the road which severed fantastic food & ale. There was also a large lounge area which... As my title says the staff are very friendly and helpful. as for the B&B. Its clean but tired. the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was ok. Considering where the B&B is i would have expected better quality of cooked breakfast. This is being picky i know but the sausages were the cheapest money can buy. Now considering the cost... More

Easy to find. Scenic location. Quiet. Ample parking. Great value. Small shop on site. We had a clean double room. Spacious with adequate facilities. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Places to eat within walking distance for evening meals. Would stay here again.

Room was OK but the house feels like a tired youth hostel, and breakfast food was obviously the cheapest available from the cash & carry. It could do with a makeover, or charge a rate more appropriate to the quality of the place. However staff were friendly and the main function room was great for a party.

Two adults, two children and one dog stayed in Scalaber room for three nights in October 2015. Staff were pleasant and very friendly. Bathroom, beds, towels immaculately clean, however public areas grim and basic and are in desperate need of attention. Accommodation more in line with hostel than B&B therefore £136 per night was overpriced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Dalesbridge House B&B. The room was very comfortable with a very good shower, which was a must after a day out in the cold. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, well cooked and tasty. All in... More

Dalesbridge was ideal for our trip to Yorkshire to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, situated only a ten minute drive from the start point. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. They were flexible in providing breakfast to fit with our schedule and the pack lunches were nice. Could do with better coffee and for the rooms... We stayed in the "Thornton" room which was an en-suite twin room. It was a good size and fit another single bed and our travel cot with plenty of room to spare. The room was clean and tidy and had a selection of local guides in the room with things to do. The downside for us were that there wasn't... More
