We stayed two nights in this lovely and well, located hotel. The staff are excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The room was warm and well presented- the shower room was especially spacious and obviously recently refurbished-and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. There is a good and spacious bar and everywhere had a relaxed feel. All in all, an...

Took advantage of the Friday dinner bed and breakfast package. Stayed in room 24 which is a very spacious suite, we had a few minor issues but certainly nothing of any great significance and we wouldn't hesitate to go back on a similar deal. We would always prefer a double bed as opposed to two singles joined together, we find...

Visiting Norwich for a football match we decided to make a weekend of it and booked a night at St Giles House Hotel. Very central with free parking and exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fine and we would definitely stay there again when visiting Norwich.

This hotel is in one of the most elegant city buildings imaginable. Central location with secure free car park to the rear, big enough normally for the 24 rooms. Told it can get full if there is a wedding reception - so phone the hotel to check. Local pay and display might have to be used until any party is...

Public areas are very attractive and have a good ambience but our room was disappointing. Even though we are able-bodied we were allocated a disabled persons room. There was a persistent noise from machinery, the shower was only tepid. Was this a one-off occurrence?

I stayed in the St Giles House Hotel for three nights when I was working in Norwich and I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel itself had a real charm about it, added to the fact that it was very quite at night, despite its proximity to the city. The staff were very helpful with several enquiries that...

I booked this as my birthday treat, and wow it was absolutely fab. Arrived slightly early at 13.30 to guarantee a parking place in the hotel car park, staff were first class, very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic hotel and located in the perfect place whether your wining, dining, or shopping. Will definitely return in the future.

Reception staff were very helpful and nice. The car park was nearly full on arrival, this was a shame as we had picked this hotel specifically because of the car park. The room was lovely, it had a little balcony as well. The breakfast and the staff there were not great, just ok. The staff were not the most friendly,...
