What a beautiful place! My partner took me here for a surprise engagement! The room we had was amazing, beautiful princess bed, big bath in the bedroom with TV above and lots of lovely toiletries available in bathroom. We went downstairs for dinner which was presented stunningly and tasted devine. The key lime pie is definitely worth ordering. The waitress... More

Booked last minute on a Friday evening after a day of driving. Country House? only from the outside. The interior is shabby, run down with carpets that should have been replaced long ago. It is in desperate need of an update. My room was furnished with odd pieces of heavy furniture and had erratic hot water and a flickering light.....and... More

My fiance and I just had dinner at Caistor Hall this evening in advance of our wedding next year and we were really pleased. The food and service were excellent. I'm vegetarian and they went out of their way to offer me extra options. Both our meals were delicious, and we had a lovely evening. Can't wait for our wedding... More

We booked a celebratory afternoon tea for 7 people and were delighted with the food and service. The hotel is tired in places but the staff were very accommodating and we all enjoyed the food served outside on the terrace. The price of the afternoon tea compared very favourably with other places we have visited and the 2 children in... More

From the moment my husband and I were welcomed into Caistor Hall to view the hotel as a potential wedding venue to our wedding day I have never experienced such excellent...impeccable service. The old vicarage itself is a beautiful building, with elegant Georgian/ Old English charm, providing us with our dream wedding venue. But the building itself did not make... More

We booked in advance which was not necessary as we were the only people who were dining. It was a Friday and we never the less had an excellent meal served with great attention to detail. We sat outside and had a pre meal drink. The decor is good and all I can say is that for an excellent meal... More

We had our wedding here on Saturday 13/8. With all the planning 18months ago right up until the big day we cannot fault this place, staff were all very helpful so couldn't fault them and Jenna our wedding planner, what an amazing person, she was so on top of things with meetings with us and changing things around at our... We had the pleasure of our friends wedding and we're asked if we would like to stay. So we did ! We had an executive room which was just ok. Very dated but suited the surroundings. Room was clean but not worth the money. Following morning breakfast was a disaster, the English breakfast was not kept hot. Nothing was topped... More

I stayed here on a Wednesday night for a business trip, as the usual hotel I stay at was fully booked and this looked similar. First off, the staff at the hotel were lovely and the location was great. The food at the restaurants was delicious, well priced and fast service. However, the hotel was empty when I stayed and... Had a short, unplanned stay here due to a flight cancellation. Myself and other travelers stayed here with very short notice to the hotel, but the kitchen was open and the front of house staff extremely considerate. They made a stressful experience more enjoyable.
