This is a really great campsite! Very nice located and big pitches. There is a small shop and decent showers/toilets. The play area is great and there are even some sheep. Very beautilful! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi isn't great and it would be a pro if you could order some food (eg pizza) but still a big thumbs... More

Great campsite with big pitches. A lovely campsite for families although the park became very noisy in the late evenings and no signs for parents to quiet their children down by a certain time which we have seen in other places. Cars take no notice of speed limits and drive very fast through the enterance on several occasions leaving me... More

We were so excited to go on our first camping trip and to try out our new tent and we didn't really know what to expect with regards to camping facilities but were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the back to basics muntjac meadow which has a lovely campfire every evening through out August, it has clean toilet and shower... More

We spent a week here with the family. Very pleasant location in the countryside, with helpful and friendly staff. Some noise from neighbours after 11 on one night but generally most respectful and quiet at night, despite being busy with lots of children. If you wanted a bit more guaranteed personal space I'd pay the extra for an electrical hook... More

This was our second visit to Deer's Glade and too be honest I can't fault the place; our pitch was large with plenty of space for our 6 man tent, gazebo and seating. I like the privacy gained from the hedges separating the pitches, another highlight was the standard of bathrooms, although this isn't the most important thing I look... More

Well I have to say I was rather impressed with the size of our pitch and the lovely hedges separating all the pitches. Very nice indeed. Plenty of room to play and sit out. It was such a nice civilised camp site too. I'd love to go back but I fear a few of the negatives may put us off.... More

So why 2 stars? I only visit sites with wifi at the pitch.....I need to work sadly while away for an hour or so every day. We are sure to only book at sites that offer this service. I am furious when this is offered but not available. A complaint receives a ridiculous 'because we are so busy' reply.....though wifi... More

We came to stay for a longer time and pleased we did! Such a great location for the area. The pitch was clean and the site was tidy. We joined the campsite for the hog roast and well worth the money! Huge portions and the salad was fresh. The little shop has a great selection of breakfast bits and necessities.... More

When arrived thought what a lovely campsite. We stayed in a mega pod which to be honest are best for couples not family's as very small and very minimal storage space, which could easily be achieved. There is no wifi at all so had use my data. Make sure to bring your own BBQ and small table for cooing as... More

Just returned from 4 nights camping at deersglade. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. The campsite it beautifully maintained as are the pitches. Our pitch was number 49, it always seemed to have a lingering sewerage smell around it, it was close to the sheep but I don't know where this smell was coming from! The toilet/shower facilities were... More
