This is our second time stayed here and this time we booked two executive suites as we were travelling with our daughter and her boyfriend. Some of the issues from our last visit had been addressed, such as fans were provided in the room and there is now wifi available throughout. I really feel that if they dropped the executive...

Friendly staff, nice and warm, clean rooms, although there is no cleaning every day service. Location is great , even in walking distance from some attractions. There are some great restaurants near by. I would go again.

So first thing to put into perspective is that we paid £140 for 2 nights for 2 of us- you can't stay many places in London for that! The apartments are in a great location and right near 2 tube stations for the central and circle/district lines. Queensway itself is busy and loads of food choices! So the apartments- the...

the only accurate thing about this place is the location. Total misinterpretation of facilities. Executive Suite turned out to be a small bedroom with two chairs and a kitchen worktop. Absolutely filthy place - don't know when it was last cleaned. The bed linen is awful - really scratchy sheets that didn't smell fresh and the pillows must have been...

The rooms were basic but clean (we stayed on the 4th floor!). Staff were friendly and willing to assist. The main benefit of this accommodation was the location! I would say you stay here for the central location rather than "executive accommodation'. The property is just a couple of minutes walk from 2 tube stations and right across from Hyde...

Stayed in these apartments for a night as part of a trip to the Notting Hill Carnival. The apartment itself was fine, although it was unusually hot in there so you have to sleep with the fan provided on you all night. However, it was the treatment we received when attempting to check in that means I won't be recommending...

Booked the room through travel republic - got a really good deal there and noticed a mixture of good and bad reviews. Lots of bad reviews here but the areas of the apartment block I saw, reception, public toilets, hallways and of course my room, were all clean, tidy, maintained alright. Building is secured by the front door and our...

My boyfriend had booked for us to stay on New Year's Eve, as Christmas present. We was travelling seeing a show. We had travelled from far, this place was SO VILE , we ended up not staying the night & travelling back the early hours. 1. The room is nothing like the pictures shown. 2. All hallways to the rooms,...

Me and my partner booked this hotel for New Years and paid an extreme price which was expected! We arrived and expected a room like on the photos, what we got was awful! Very uncomfortable bed,no pots or pans, marked walls and floor, broken telly! We then asked for extra pillows and they said they had none! Also nobody came to clean our...

Checked in at 7pm, room was ready for us but we found the bed linen was not replaced for us and was dirty, asked staff and could get replacement but we had to make the bed ourselves with new linen since cleaners were off at night time!! Mattress was atleast 10 years old and not very comfortable as you could...
