The hotel does not have very good refund policy. They cancelled my prepaid reservation due to COVID pandemic but refused to refund my money. Only offered credit that has to be used by March 2021 (which I won't be able to use for so many reasons). Very disappointing experience. You will be much better off sticking to Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, or just about any other major hotel chain. At least you'll get your money back when they cancel your reservation....

Hotel's Favorite
We have a corporate arrangement as our office is nearby. Often staff recognise me as a regular customer and they always make an effort to assist - helping to carry luggage up and down stairs, calling taxis, offering tea and coffee when awaiting guests in the Level lounge, providing workplace tables for mini-meetings, ensuring free water and biscuits in the room and sometimes a basket of fruit as well. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel really welcome. The rooms are comfortable with large beds, wide screen TV, efficient working desks (perhaps more 13amp wall sockets please), effective aircon and small but perfectly formed en suite bathrooms (disappointed that soap bars are no longer provided). Breakfast is a treat with hot and cold buffet plus special items to order at no extra cost. This week I enjoyed to Eggs Benedict - two perfectly cooked poached eggs atop a toasted bun with a creamy sauce. Heaven on a plate. I am looking forward to my next visit as I always do.

From the moment we arrived you could feel this hotel had the wow factor! All the staff were welcoming and motivated to ensure our stay ran smoothly. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with an incredibly comfy bed! As part of the Level experience we enjoyed between 6 - 8.30pm tapas and unlimited drinks including alcohol. We were staying with some friends and this made for a lovely start to the evening. The hotel had recommended a local italian restaurant which also did not disappoint. After dinner we returned to the hotel where we enjoyed lovely cocktails served by extremely pleasant staff. The next morning we came down to a wonderful buffet style breakfast. This set us up to a lovely walk around Regents Park which is on the doorstep of the hotel. Can't wait to return :)

We recently stayed at Melia White House in London and from the very start we were made to feel like VIPs. Drinks were offered at our welcome and The Level was wonderful. We loved our pre dinner drinks and nibbles and the hotel looks very stylish. Our room was lovely with an amazingly comfy, huge bed. Room service was quick and efficient and breakfast was superb. Staff were always polite, kind and helpful even at 1.30am! Thank you Melia. We are already planning our next stay. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting London -fabulous location too.
