Awful place, not a good thing to say about it. If you want a decent place to stay, then find somewhere else. Broken items in the room and dirty. Electricity intermittent so hence no hot water and no one on hand to deal with it. Pigeon excrement and mice. The worst place I have ever seen.

This sad little place with smelly bin bags piled up outside, a kebab joint next door adding to the nauseating aroma, pigeon excrement covering the yard outside and mouse droppings all over the room was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are small and cramped.

the beds are amazingly comfortable, i have never had a better sleep, yes the rooms are not huge but if your just staying in a b&b for the night you don't need lots of empty space. the rooms are clean and the toilet and shower are ensuite. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.

We stayed at one six two near Greenwich in September 2013 after reading excellent reviews on trip advisor. it was utterly appalling, lights did not work when we returned late at night; the room was advertised as a large double, in fact it was a cramped attic with two double beds squashed under the eaves and very tatty furnishings. It...

I stayed in onesixtwo in October 2013. After my terrible stay there I emailed them with my complaint (they had, in fact, contacted me for my feedback!). Below is my email to them. I have since chased them up but never received a reply. AVOID AT ALL COST! "Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever...

I moved in here to a study apartment once the hotel closed down - what a bad move! I rented this place for 3 months but only stayed here about 6 weeks....There was no heating, there was water leaking through 2 parts of the ceiling. There were moths everywhere and at night you could here the rats running around in...

After spotting a dead mouse in the shower, we walked straight out. We were there for a total of around 15 minutes. We contacted the front desk, only to be told that they'd send a cleaner round! As if that would somehow make up for the dead mouse and the numerous mouse poos all around the skirting board in the...

This 'hotel' is unmanned, when the fire alarm went off one evening no one came to help us despite us calling several times. In the end we had to disconnect at the fuse. The toaster kept catching fire and the food ran out at breakfast. The bathroom was dirty and TV didn't work. I left something at the hotel which...

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.

“We stayed at one six two in September 2013 after reading excellent reviews on trip advisor. It was utterly appalling, lights did not work when we returned late at night, the room was advertised as a large double, in fact it was a cramped attic with two double beds squashed under the eaves and very tatty furnishings. It was advertised as having a jacuzzi bath, but that didn’t work. At breakfast there was initially no member of staff and no food until a harassed woman turned up with supermarket carrier bags and started unloading shopping directly onto the serving table. When I told her that the electrics in the room did not work she told me they were aware there had been a problem! The only advantage was proximity to the O2 and Fleetwood Mac was fantastic I had for a long time suspected reviews on trip advisor and similar sites were not true and have had this confirmed in the news over the last few days so very belatedly am adding my comments. Perhaps the place has improved over the past two years but I bet my review doesn't stay on the site for long.”
