stayed for 1 night. Worst hotel in London. Breakfast was below par. No room to sit as really crowded. Awful. Room was tiny noise from road really loud. No soundproofing. Manager rude and his assistant! damp in corner of bedroom.

Recently stayed here whilst visiting London for an event at the Olympia . A bit worried after reading some reviews , but pleasantly surprised. A very friendly welcome when we got there and an easy check in. Room was number 25 - a twin room overlooking the garden. Very clean. Suggest you ask before hand to have a room facing... More

Hotel room was good and the staff was courteous. Nothing great in the hotel. Paid additional money for Wifi. Breakfast was below average. Walking distance from tube stations 'Sheperd's Bush'. Bus connectivity to Victoria and other places in just from Hotel front.

The hotel and our room were very run down. The drain in the shower did not work, and neither did the ventillation. No other toilets in the hotel either. The best part was the breakfast, where every morning, without fail, you could eat a toast with chease. And nothing else. No meats, vegetables, nothing. I have no idea how they... More

Staff are friendly and the room was okay. The traffic was a bit unbearable throughout the night but you get what you pay for. This is the cheapest one we could find for one night and it wasn't completely unbearable. I probably would visit again just because it has good bus/tube links nearby and it was a good price for... Manager was very rude. Charged me extra for my 12 yr. old son. Didn't mind paying extra but just upset with the Manager's rudeness. Talking to me like I was trying to outsmart him with the number of people in the room. I told him that in my country 12 is considered a child Talked to me with a tone... More

We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast. The price is a little bit high if you compare the services, the breakfast was poor (boiled egg, cereals, milk, coffee and bread). The room was small but confortable and you have Shepher's Bush underground station very near (Circle Line "red line"). Any more to comment, London is expensive all the services (restaurants,... A very comfortable stay. I was lucky to be in one of the bigger rooms on the higher floors. The room was BIG for a hotel in the middle of the city like LONDON. I was treated very well. The food I had in the hotel restaurant was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is on the main bus route, ten minutes walk from the Tube, It s very reasonable..i paid £38 for Twin room and breakfast ( a simple one) included. There is a Tiny bathroom, a kettle, and lovely big windows overlooking the garden. It was warm comfortable and clean. I would go there again.

Stayed here for a couples weekend a short while back and were left so disappointed. Tiny room, even tinier bathroom that had a a completely transparent door !! The bathroom was in touching distance of the bed - so no hiding! Had to climb into the shower sideways as it was so small and I'm a size 8! Absolute dump,... More
