We do not recommend this Hotel! When we arrived at the Hotel the staff somehow didn't recognize the correct reservation and it was not corresponding to what we had booked. Once they have found the issue the've corrected the mistake only by crossing out the irregularities by pen. Also they've refused to give us any form of receipt saying "everything... More

Reasonably modern, clean, fairly comfortable, nice staff. Bit of a walk from the nearest tube, and at night I would take a taxi. Breakfast was fairly basic, but again, you know, fine. I suppose the word that comes to mind is: serviceable.

The hotel is basic. Clean no thrills. No storage space. Breakfast is very basic. A long walk to the tube station. Air conditioning very loud. It was fine for one night but I if you are staying for longer look elsewhere.

Stayed here as usual hotel was fully booked. As always I checked the reviews and wondered what I was letting myself in for. Even emailed my manager with my concerns. Arrived with a colleague at this hotel, we both booked in without an issue, went up to our rooms, I had a room that had a double bed and single... More

Good basic hotel, walking distance to Tower Bridge area, very good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. This is a basic low cost hotel and very good value. There are local restaurants including a Chinese and a Mexican below the hotel.

You need a good memory for faces as you need to shave in the shower as the sink plug didn't work and the sink tap only supplied hot water. Room was adequate with two beds. The hotel is advertised as "Premier Tower Bridge" but its nowhere near Tower Bridge in fact nowhere near anything the nearest tube is a mile... More

Hotel was fine in that the room was clean and quite large for London but it is "miles" from the nearest tube station so not very easy to get to. Also there is very little in the way of hostelries nearby so it does not make for a great location to stay at

Stayed one night having flown in late to Stanstead. The hotel was clean and comfortable and a reasonable price. The staff were friendly when checking in. Its not the Ritz but for the price we paid and its location it was good enough. One word of caution it can be a little difficult to find. You have to drive through... More

We stayed here as it was handy for Tower Bridge and our river cruise. Keenly priced for a Saturday night, we got what we paid for. A small double room, well equipped and very clean. Shower was fine, loads of towels on request and a hairdryer actually next to a full length mirror - other hotels please note. There was... More
