Hotel was well maintained. Room was clean and tidy. Fresh bedding on beds and towels too. Staff were polite and helpful. It is ideally located, just a 10 minute walk from Wembley stadium. Would recommend
I paid for a room a year ago and thought I stayed there before I stay there again . They put me in a disabled room with two beds pushed together I had to try swash my self in to either side of the single beds which wasn’t comfy and I paid extra to get in early so I could meet my friends before the concert . Plus the electric fan fell apart and noisy so couldn’t use it
Great location - adjacent to tube & shops. Very handy for Wembley stadium. Breakfast superb and bed comfortable. However the shower shampoo container was empty (no signs or warnings posted up if this was deliberate), the TV remote was faulty and breakfast cereal from the lasdt occupant was on the floor in several places. If i had stayed on a cheap night maybe OK but we stayed & paid a premium rate & expected better. Staff were great but the basics really do need to be put in place.
My mum and I stayed here the night before the Westlife concert in wembly over the weekend and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms had all the basic necessities, were very clean and comfortable. We both had a wonderful night sleep. The staff were very friendly, particularly Nicoleta who greeted us at check in. As we had been having issues printing our tickets to the concert I asked if there were any nearby Internet cafes. She the offered to print the tickets for me at the hotel which saved us a lot of time and stress. Cannot thank her enough.
A good walking distance from Wembley, lovely staff and nice, clean hotel rooms. Was very quiet despite being on the high street and parking was very convenient and at a discount price. Would definitely stay again. If staying in summer, no air con in the room but fans were provided.
The hotel was nice, I’m sure it would be more than average as long as you don’t stay here in summer. The room was too warm. It’s a great distance from Wembley, we came for the euro final match and decided to stay just a little further out. We were in one of the rooms looking out over the high road, and it was quite noisy but what you’d expect for a busy road. Breakfast was ok but didn’t enjoy it much. Staff were lovely! Wouldn’t stay here again during summer, but would give it a try later in the year.
Stayed here for one night when we went to the Westlife concert at Wembley. Nicoleta was working reception, what a friendly, helpful lady she was! Nothing was to much for her, we had an issue with our printed tickets and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us! Hotel within walking distance of Wembley and central for shops, travel ect
Good location to be close to shops and travel options. Can be noisy at times but this is due to other people staying there letting doors slam late a night and not really considering others. Apart from that a good option for value hotel
From start to finish this was the worst experience. On arrival at 9pm we were told that our room had experienced a burst pipe. 45 minutes later the hotel staff managed to suddenly find us a spare room. The room was disgusting, smelly and way too hot. No way should we have been given the room. We left at 6am due to been up all night with the heat and the noise missing out on our £20 breakfast. We will never stay there again!
With the breakfast buffet Travelodge have upped their game and are now in the Premier Inn class. Wembley Central is right above the tube station and car park, (50% discount). Everything was good, some noise from street outside with windows open (no AC). Free 30 mins WiFi is not so good these days.
