Booked this hotel as a last minute getaway to London. What a great quirky hotel! We stayed in a deluxe double, and whilst compact we couldn’t fault it. Room was lovely and we had a little balcony. Bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was lovely too! Great powerful rainfall shower! And the thing that made the stay was the service! From when we arrived to when we left the staff were so helpful and attentive! Any request was sorted within minutes! We will definitely be back, and hopefully in a suite!

My partner and I stayed in Trash City suite for the night. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Not overbearing but also there if you need them. Without asking they left balloons as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday - lovely touch. Location is fabulous, big carpark nearby and for South Kensington it’s a good price. Bed very comfortable, and the bathroom is to die for!! Breakfast and drinks in the bar are off due to covid. Massive shame as the bar is quirky and cool. 2 tips for the owners. You need to move the mirror in to the main area of the room. The hall is dark and therefore not great for women and their makeup/hair. Or, put plugs in the bathroom so you can use a hairdryer. The balcony is a lovely private outdoor space. Shame no lights (or we couldn’t find them) as we’d have enjoyed a glass of wine after having to coming back from dinner early. Maybe have lights on a timer? Splitting hairs as the price, location and overall experience was brilliant.

What a great hotel! A true gem of a place in South Kensington and only about 7mins from the tube. Its not your average hotel - quirky design features and art installations make it memorable. Staff on check in are fabulous and incredibly pleasant and we were delighted with a room upgrade for our anniversary. Made even better with some heart balloons and rose petals in our room which gave a final nice touch on the room. The balcony rooms were spacious and bed comfortable and shower was great. Its rare I want to/would stay in the same hotel twice but for this place I'd make an exception!

Booked 2 nights for a museum weekend and we were lucky enough to get upgraded to the trash room. Very odd but very comfy. Huge bathroom with bath and a shower. We booked for breakfast but found out a cpl days before that restaurant closed. Had a continental delivered to our room, croissants, pastries, orange juice, yoghurt and tea/coffee. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.

Stayed here on October 8th, booked last minute and was lucky they had availability. Booked the Squint Splash room and the room itself was very quirky and the hot tub amazing, was worth the £170 I paid and in this Covid world having a private tub is probably better than staying somewhere with a shared one like a spa hotel. Shower was very good as well and bed super comfortable. Staff always pleasant and the hotel itself very quirky and fun. Pros - Hot Tub (amazing!), Big Bath, Powerful shower, Spacious, Air Conditioning, Robes/Sandals/Plenty of Towels, Clean & Friendly. Room for improvement - Had to contact the hotel as no mentions of check in/check out time on the website or confirmation email (they did reply quickly to email). Also enquired about car parking and was advised to go to the Union Carpark but its now called something else which was a little confusing to find and the guy there said its not been called the Union Carpark for a long time, but its at the end of the road and a very short walk (£50 to park overnight, but you do get a £10 discount if you mention your staying at the hotel). On the website/confirmation email the room advertises two TV's in the hot tub but only one TV and it only had music channels not normal ones, no big deal but important to get these things right. Also the amazing shower could do with something to help you know what switch does what, it was also left on the hottest mode so when we turned it on you had to reach into a boiling shower to try work out how to turn the temperature down, maybe missed by the cleaning team in that it was already on hot. Overall a very good stay, probably nearer to 4.5 stars given the feedback mentioned above, those little things can make the difference and hopefully the hotels corrects these or details on their website. But main thing was a clean room, friendly service, a unique experience & of course the private hot tub! Will stay again in future!
