The hotel looks amazing with eclectic, innovative artwork strewn everywhere, including the rooms. The facilities were outstanding with all of the basics covered, plus whisky tumblers, wine glasses, champagne flutes, corkscrew, toothbrush, toothpaste and phone chargers . The bed was very comfy and the breakfast we had was fab. A bacon sarnie and the smashed avocado with feta, chilli and lemon. What a great place!

Lovely staff, incredible room with modern decor. The bed was extremely cosy and the shower was INCREDIBLE. The staff go out their way to make small touches to make it feel so homely, including slippers, dressing gowns, phone chargers and adapters and a personalised welcome card. Could not fault this stay or hotel. The only slight annoyance was in the bar.. some off duty staff were extremely loud and had to let everyone know they worked there, demanding service from their colleagues and ensuring everyone in the bar/restaurant overheard their conversation.

My sister and I stayed at the Artist Residence London for two nights. We had an outstanding experience in every way. This is a small, friendly, unique hotel in a great location (easy walk to Victoria Station). We were so impressed with all of the details - our room was equipped with a small refrigerator that had a glass bottle of milk in it, along with a Nespresso coffee maker (with compostable coffee pods), a tea kettle and a selection of teas, mugs, wine glasses, wine opener, high-end toiletries, an umbrella, an amenity kit (nail file, toothbrush, shower cap, etc). The beds were so very comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet and dark at night - an amazing feat in the middle of a big city! The shower had great water pressure and the room was beautifully designed to maximize the use of space. We ate in the cafe three times and we had great food and service every time. This place is truly a gem and it will be our new go-to hotel in London. It's an antidote to huge, impersonal, corporate hotels, and an amazing value for the quality. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Brunch and Breakfast are such important and exciting food moments so when you find a place around the block that really “does” those two events …. food happiness takes over! I have had three breakfasts here in the last month and the Eggs Benedict, Florentine etc are all perfectly executed and the ambience is just great. Lovely friendly staff and the healthy smoothies are divine!! Go visit peeps.

Really great location in Pimlico and away from the tourist side of London, although only a 15 min walk to the Kings Road & Sloane Square. Absolutely loved the style of the hotel - quirky but really good quality. We booked a "small" bedroom and although it was small, the design of the room was really well thought through, so it didn't actually feel that small. Lovely touches in the room like a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge, sleep spray on the bedside table, caramel bars, complimentary water and really nice toiletries. Great shower and the ergonomics of the bathroom as well as the bedroom worked really well. The location was also quiet - no late night noise outside at all. We will definitely return - thank you!

This peaceful but "on trend" boutique Hotel in leafy Pimlico ticks all the boxes for a relaxed, luxurious stay. The staff are wonderful... special mention to Celine who made us so welcome and is a model of warm, quiet efficiency. Harry and Nora also couldn't have been nicer and took note of small details (a drip from the ceiling air conditioning unit at breakfast was quickly fixed). We splashed out on the Grand Suite and weren't disappointed. Luxury in every way... spacious, excellent air conditioning, beautiful sitting area looking our over the quiet street below, bath you could drown in (!) and a supercomfy bed. The multi-plug adapter was an unexpected godsend for a flat iPhone battery! Breakfast is excellent although "full English" is curiously missing from the menu... particularly good coffee. Although in the "splashing out" category this Hotel is a wonderful find and worth every penny... we loved it!

Amazing food and service! We shared the two different types of pancakes as a group of 4 and both were equally delicious. The atmosphere pf the cafe was also amazing with really cool beautiful artwork - I would definitely recommend it and will be coming again when I’m next in the area!

Seriously top quality food- interesting dishes cooked to perfection! My table and I shared all four of the starters which were really impressive. The fattoush salad was crispy, fresh and a great accompaniment to our charred cauliflower which was covered in some heavenly relish. The buratta and hot smoked salmon were seasoned and dressed perfectly. The lamb with broad beans was the star of the show and the trout a very elegant dish. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. (The waiting staff can however be a little inattentive..)

... but they were both 'just right'....! Coffee was a good strength, croissant flaky. And butter on the side was real butter, unlike some places. Well-priced, too - especially by Pimlico standards! Nice staff, as well.
