Great rooms. Great location. Be sure to request a room on a higher floor even if that means you have to carry your bags up more floors. There is a great pub on ground floor. Can be a bit noisy if u r on first floor and you go to bed early. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!!

I had to come to London for a meeting and was leaving very early the next morning to go to work in Wales so a great place to just wake and get on the tube straight to Paddington. One of the managers Marina facilitated an early check in for which I was most grateful as I was checking out at 7am! I was given the Brick Lane Room which was amazing and great decor and bathroom and water by the bed and even Sky Sports! I would and hope to stay here again in a heartbeat....and a great bar if you fancy a nightcap....next time I will be there for breakfast! Thank you guys!

The bull and hide is a pub with rooms. So has a nice bar space to relax/eat in. The bedroom was clean with modern decor, a nice bathroom and a comfy bed. Overall the room was a decent size and reasonably priced for a London hotel with friendly staff. We visited between Christmas and new year and found much of the rest of London to be extremely busy whilst the bull & hide provided a relaxing retreat.

Spacious, great staff and service, fun bar downstairs The bathroom and overall room were spacious and in a central location! I would definitely recommend! Great location also to get to LHR since the pub is near the Liverpool Station tube.

The staff on the evening were friendly and the room was comfortable. I stayed in the London Wall room. As it is above a pub I expected some noise but it was actually much louder than I expected. The room itself was quite nice although I was left with a puddle to clean up after my shower as the water pooled in the bathroom after leaking either through the door or possibly over the top. All of the other factors would have been borderline acceptable were it not for the folowing morning. I had called to confirm I would be able to have my colleagues meet me there for breakfast in the morning to prep for a meeting we had in the area. When I went downstairs 45 minutes after breakfast was supposed to have started it was all still locked up. Two staff members were stood outside and told me "sorry, the guy that is supposed to open up has not arrived yet". I had to rearrange my meeting and go and find somewhere else to meet and eat. Although the staff were friendly there was clearly no consideration or care given for this awful service. I would not stay here again and would recommend anyone looking at it to avoid it. Horrendous lack of care for the guests.
