The high points - location location location, extremely friendly & helpful staff, and great price. Rooms are spartan but comfortable, breakfast is plentiful but uninspired. Access to a kitchen is great - microwave, stove, kettle. All in all, this is the perfect place to stay for those who enjoy simple things and don't need to be pampered. Only down side-...

Passfield Hall offers excellent budget accommodation in a beautiful part of London. The staff are helpful and friendly. A cooked breakfast is included in the price. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished.

We stayed here for one night in December 2011. The rooms are relatively basic, but comfortable. The twin room was very spacious and contained a sink. Towels and soap were provided and their was plenty of tourist information in the reception of the hall. The bathrooms were down the corridor, but were clean enought and there was also a kitchen...

Last time I stayed in London I stayed in the Renascence St Pancras which cost a great deal of money though very luxurious. This stay was totally different, basic room, not ensuit & canteen style breakfast. On the good side, it is extremely well situated, less than 5 minutes walk from Euston Station with good bus, train & underground links....

Ideal location for me and the service on front desk and in refectory was good. I particularly liked being able to obtain free tea/coffee/milk from reception.

This is student accommodation and very basic. The single rooms have a bed, hand wash basin, wardrobe, desk and some drawers. The cost is exceptional low and only available in the vacations. My high rating is for value, not luxury. The reception appears to be staffed by students and the ones I met were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was...

Let me just start off by saying, I have traveled around the world, stayed in some scary places in some questionable neighborhoods, yet I have never felt as compelled as I do now to write the review. Passfield Hall was simply the worst hotel experience of my life. I stayed with my mom and brother in a triple, but do...

A couple of weeks ago I was staying with my parents at the Passfield Hall for a couple of nights. I really liked the location because it's so near to the central London, it's close to tube stations and has very good bus connections. We used a triple room, which was basic, but very clean. It has the bathrooms on...

Stayed here for a week in August. The twin room I shared with a friend was spacious and clean. Loved the large windows in the room, but can be stuffy on hot summer days as the windows cannot be opened fully. No ensuite but not a problem for us as there were enough shared bathrooms, hardly had to wait for...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
