The hotel is in a great spot. Close to Victoria, with lots of local eateries and shops very local. It s cheap and functional. Small room but for £50 a night in such a central location I cannot complain. Only complaint I have is other inconsiderate guests making lots of noise at any time they seem fit!!

I booked a hotel room at Chester Hotel, Victoria London a few weeks ago. When I arrived last night, the hotel clerk at the desk stated that he had to move me to another hotel (not room, but entirely different hotel!) which was 5 minutes down the road. I was travelling with two suitcases already - it is unbelievable that... More

College students booked hotel for night stay. Wrong date was booked when they called to change date they were unable to properly communicate with a gentleman that had a heavy accent and were told no refund and no chance for further communication. We proceeded to call from the states and explained the situation and asked if dates could be switched.... More

An excellent place in the heart of town with newly renovated rooms, clean facilities and friendly staffs. This is ideal for anyone looking for a simple convenient place to stay for ease of commuting to different part of the city. Great deal!

We decided to visit London on a whim so on our way there we booked to stay here for the night, the parking available is on street and you have to pay 8.30am-6.30pm any other time is free. There is free WiFi and we really liked our room! The shower was great, the bed was comfy and the room had... More

Summary: flexible and friendly staff. Cheap prices (depending on day and season). In the center of London and near to many important areas. Not too fancy but had everything that we needed. My friend and I stayed here from Friday to Saturday (April 29th-30th). We ended up arriving in London a lot earlier than we thought so we called about... More

The only advantage of this hotel is its position near Victoria Station. The rooms are small and noisy, as we were disturbed every morning by the cleaning lady (very early in the morning - 7 or 8 a.m.). Furthermore the last day they knocked the door at 10 a.m. to tell us that we should check out (the check out... More

Had a room with two doublebeds for two adults and 3 kids which was small but clean. Nice and helpful staff. We asked for extra blanket and towels and they delivered them immediately. Great location near Victoria station. There was also grocery stores nearby and many restaurants to eat in.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
