Perfect location for the South Bank. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade without asking. Staff were obliging and attentive. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and worth waiting for - the restaurant was very busy.

Hotel's Favorite
I'll summarise for those who don't want to read a lengthy review. Super friendly front of house staff and very clean hotel in a great central location with good amenities adapted for Co-Vid. We stayed for 5 nights as a staycation and wanted to be in the heart of London. I used to stay in this hotel often when I worked in London so I can compare pre-covid experience with now. Check in was great. While the front of house were wearing masks you could still tell they were smiling by their facial expressions and eyes and were super friendly. The kids were given treats and we were fortunate to get into our room early. The room was very clean and had been sanitised which gave me comfort. There were some changes in the suite such as all but the Mugs were removed and the menus etc had moved to the tv or QR link. We called for some crockery and cutlery which was delivered within 10 minutes which is great. Staff hand things to you at the door so they don't have to access your room. We ate in the bar on the 1st night and the offering was really good. I recommend the pizza which you can also get delivered to your room. I also used room service which again was easy and quick, with food delivered within 15 minutes. Food can be ordered on the room phone or by scanning a QR code. Both give you the option pay by cash, card or room charge and both were very easy. There was a paper menu in the welcome brochure or you could access online. I did encounter some issues with after we had a room clean (day 3 of our 5 night stay) and we were short on towels and some confusion around booking breakfast. A quick call to reception and we had the towels 5 minutes later. We all know that mistakes are easy to make but Petra the Front of House Manager was quick to call the room to clarify everything and apologise. I value the resolution to an issue more than the issue itself. Petra also organised drinks and treats for the room which was a brilliant gesture. I spoke to Petra on Check out and she has just the best customer service. The hotel is still offering breakfast which has been adapted due to Co-Vid. All of the usual favourites were therw and the staff were very friendly and cheery, despite having to wear masks. Tables were well distanced. Check out was seemless and staff very friendly. I really rate this hotel and its great to see people staying again. While many business are using Co-Vid as a way around cutting services and and giving poor service this hotel has adapted services in a positive way. One last note, I left some property in my room but a quick email and I'm arranging for it to be posted on to me. This was arranged by Petra, the Front of House Manager, who's customer service has again shone brightly. Next time I'm in London I'll be seeking out this hotel.

We booked this hotel based on my previous experiences with Radisson hotels and we weren't disappointed. We were made to feel very welcome from the brilliant Jaan on reception and given a room upgrade which was excellent. Slept like a baby in the super comfy bed and ate a good quality full English the following day! What more can you want from a hotel.....

My friend and I visited London and stayed in the Park Plaza. Loved the hotel and location. Nothing was too much trouble. I asked Jaan on reception for more shampoo and bath gel , it was delivered within minutes. There were twin boys who welcomed us in the restaurant for breakfast, the two boys are a credit to the team, so polite and again nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous thank you. I have to say Jaan on your reception what a guy amazing customer service very polite and full of life just what hotels need. Everyone of your hotels should have a Jaan very informative of the area. Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful stay

Very nice hotel in excellent location. On arrival we had a lovely welcome with the lady at reception, our Radisson Gold status was recognised and our room was upgraded and a late check out offered. We had an amazing view of the London Eye and Houses of Parliament. Breakfast was good despite the hotel and restaurant being very busy. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful and I’d certainly return.
