Having lived in London back in the early 80s, I knew that the Marylebone area would be a great location. This apartment's location was perfect. Easy walk to shopping on Bond Street and the Marble Arch tube and tourist busses. The apartment itself was great for myself, hubby and two teenage kids. We loved having a washer, nice bathroom, fridge... More

We took our grandson to London for a week as a special birthday present. The Presidential was perfect for our needs. My husband and I had a king-sized bed and our grandson had a queen sized sofa bed. The kitchen was totally equipped with full size fridge, a microwave, stove and oven and even a washer/dryer. There were two desks... More

The Presidential Apartments offer a very convenient central London location, which is perfect for work-related trips and/or tourist activities. The apartment was a good size and comfortable, with a small balcony. Reception services are on hand and professional. The apartment is well-equipped and there is a Tesco Metro next door, which is most convenient. The bathroom was looking a bit... More

Its location is excellent, the apartments are fine although some improvements are more than required. It is a perfect place for a short family break. We were disappointed when we found out that part of the showers glass panel door was missing and we had water flooding the bathroom floor every time a shower was taken.... another issue that came... Location is amazing, staff really friendly and fitted out well in terms of what you would expect in an apartment. Couple of things that were just dirty like a knife someone had put back into the cutlery without washing, still old toiletries in the shower spoiled it a bit, and it is needing some redecoration and money spent on furnishing... Suited our family ( kids age 13 & 10) perfectly because we want to stay close to the heart of Marylebone and its wonderful variety of food , drinks & atmosphere. Spacious apartment with some worn furnishings. Friendly staff. We will come back.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
