I booked this because it was cheaper than elsewhere for the cost of twin beds. Pricewise pleased. Location - we took the open tour bus to get here, but next time I would just use the central line as it took a while but location was great. The room itself sure needed some tlc but for one night acceptable. Free... More

Having seen many of the awful reviews I have to say this hotel has some redeeming features. It's where it says it is - which is a really good location, and it doesn't cost much. The rooms are not in the finest of decorative order, but the free wifi worked and didn't drop, it's got a good sized television, the... More

Oh dear....this place really isn't good. Dark dingy room, smelly (we had to go and buy air freshener), carpets worn on stairs and in room. Dirt round the taps and in shower tray; in fact I am not sure the beds had been changed; thankfully it was a hot night so we were able to sleep on top of the... More

Please don't make the same mistake as me and think you want a hotel near Paddington Station and book here, as for this hotel this is it's only assert. I wouldn't even allow my dogs to stay in this place, sadly I had to stay here for one night. The place stunk, the stairs are narrow and getting a suitcase... More

Offered the cheapest price for the nights I needed last minute. Basic as hell, clean for the most part. But working TV and shower, clean sheets and towels. Great location, a bit of work and the place would be fantastic as its right by Paddington. Beds were a tad uncomfortable and very loud. Didn't make it to breakfast as there's... More

Due to a mishap with another hotel booking, we ended up staying here as a last resort and quite by accident. We went there with the attitude "It's a bed for the night, and we're only here to sleep." Well, I didn't even get to do that as my bed was so dented in the middle, it was actually V-shaped...... More

This was traumatic as we have 3 children and had 2 rooms. Dirty rooms, me and hubby had bed bug bites and I have a bed bug I have 'caught' as evidence if I find the energy to raise a payment dispute with my credit card company. We were in seperate rooms but thankfully kids were OK. Broken furniture and... More

I've had better accommodation in India, broken window, no toilet roll , no TV, radiator didn't work, dirty and smelly, hair in the shower, no mug or milk with tea facility, the pics say it all, absolutely shocking, an embarrassment to London
