Please don't make the same mistake as me and think you want a hotel near Paddington Station and book here, as for this hotel this is it's only assert. I wouldn't even allow my dogs to stay in this place, sadly I had to stay here for one night. The place stunk, the stairs are narrow and getting a suitcase... More

Offered the cheapest price for the nights I needed last minute. Basic as hell, clean for the most part. But working TV and shower, clean sheets and towels. Great location, a bit of work and the place would be fantastic as its right by Paddington. Beds were a tad uncomfortable and very loud. Didn't make it to breakfast as there's... More

Due to a mishap with another hotel booking, we ended up staying here as a last resort and quite by accident. We went there with the attitude "It's a bed for the night, and we're only here to sleep." Well, I didn't even get to do that as my bed was so dented in the middle, it was actually V-shaped...... More

This was traumatic as we have 3 children and had 2 rooms. Dirty rooms, me and hubby had bed bug bites and I have a bed bug I have 'caught' as evidence if I find the energy to raise a payment dispute with my credit card company. We were in seperate rooms but thankfully kids were OK. Broken furniture and... More

I've had better accommodation in India, broken window, no toilet roll , no TV, radiator didn't work, dirty and smelly, hair in the shower, no mug or milk with tea facility, the pics say it all, absolutely shocking, an embarrassment to London

London hotels are wildly expensive. I chose a hotel in the area of the city I wanted to visit and paid quite a lot for the room. It was really one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I have traveled the world and have stayed in some pretty poor places, but for London, this place is inexcusable. The... More

Room dirty - Carpet filthy (at least sheets and towels were clean) Bathroom had a 60W light bulb on bare wires hanging from a broken fitting Shower fittings were broken Breakfast cereal was very stale All of this for the not entirely rock bottom price of £55 - You could do much better than here. It saving grace was that... More

Housekeeping in this place was none existent. Carpets needed a good Hoover, decorating needs loads of attendance and the room was tiny. This is not my idea of a hotel and I would never go there again. The place was a mess.

I arrived to be greated at reception by a gentleman who was eating a microwaved curry meal at the reception desk. I wish I had walked out then and things only went downhill from there. I was given the key to my room no 204. No lift and three flights of stairs. On entering the room I was shocked as... More
