Amazing value with friendly staff and fabulous views. Lovely and warm on a very cold day.Excellent breakfast, and dinner very good as well. Felt welcomed and relaxed. Lots to do and a super walk to Bournemouth along the beach was a highlight for me. Would recommend.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop and the underground station. It's a silent place and the personal is kind. Rooms are small, but they have what you need. My window was broken, but i could close it and the wind didn't go inside. My bed was perfect, with huge amazing pillows. The problem is that the receptionist... More

This hotel has very friendly, helpful staff, is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and good, clean room facilities. Breakfast was excellent - choice of full British or Continental, cereals, fruit juices and hot drinks. Good central location and near to the underground station at Edgeware Rd, about 3mins walk and about 10mins to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and... More

I booked this Hotel for my mum when she came to visit me few months ago and she really enjoyed it. Clean room, nice service, very close to Oxford Street, not very expensive. If you are looking for a central hotel not very expensive and with good services I would recommend it!

A friendly welcome but for £100 a night would not expect to be asked to use polystarine cups at breakfast. In room side plates used with cups but at breakfast saucers only available to put your toast on! Only one water glass in room and when asked reception for another was only offered another cup. The kettle in the room... More

This little hotel is run by a husband & wife and they couldn't do enough for us. It was clean bright and the food ( full English) was really lovely and plenty of it. My only moan is the room we stayed in was extremely warm and we were unable to open the window due to traffic noise. Maybe a... More

Husband and I stayed for a bank holiday weekend. Good but not great. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. A bit small and the bed was too sofa, however for the price and location to the tube station, we enjoyed out time there. Would use again for a short break.

Booked the hotel for a trip to London. The room was small and had several problems. I.e the kettle lead did not reach the socket, the balcony door did not lock properly and the number of sockets was inadequate. On arrival we noticed that the shower head was hanging loose but when we mentioned it to the staff it was... More

It's conveniently near Paddiington station. We walked from there - it probably took 10 mins? Might be a bind to walk if you had a lot of luggage. The area is pleasant. The outside of the hotel was well-presented. The reception area was spacious and the reception staff welcoming and efficient. The room itself was a bit small and the... More
