Awesome friendly service in this beautiful hotel near to the Eventim Apollo. Great value and super comfy clean rooms. Waheeda on reception could not have been more helpful - this kind of service sets it apart from the usual chain hotels. Will definitely stay again whenever I’m visiting London.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great location. We had a large room with a comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. The hotel has very friendly staff, ready to help with any question. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially during winter.

It’s a charming boutique hotel and I would stay there whenever I needed to stay in town. Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful, always very efficient solving any problems I have. However, some of the younger staff are less so.

St. Paul mistakenly charged me twice for my room. The manager Elisabeth and her assistant Mina took care of this issue immediately and professionally. Thanks Elisabeth and Mina. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Had a wonderful experience with afternoon tea at this gem of a find in a busy London . Very peaceful and tranquil , cosy and boutique style with excellent staff , particularly like to mention Raffaele and Andrea in the Melody restaurant and Joel who mesmerised us with his knowledge of whiskies in the bar . Definitely worth a visit , well done .

Loved the character and history of this hotel. Our room was small but well-appointed for its size. Quirky bathroom layout, with an amazing rainfall shower. Even though our room overlooked the main road, it wasn't overly noisy. I felt that the breakfast service could've been a little better. Our first morning we weren't offered toast with our continental breakfast, so had to ask. We were then provided with 3 half slices between the both of us, so had to ask for more. We weren't asked if we needed a top up of our tea/coffee, and despite being informed that breakfast was available until 10:30 am, it was being cleared away at 9:55. The reception staff were very helpful and we were able to store our luggage after checking out. The hotel is situated next to a small park, but it's a good walk to any of the local tube stations.

I arrived at this place and the one receptionist was engaging but the other one immediately told me to sit down and wait while she resolved a computer matter. When she did finally talk to me she was rude and off-hand. My room was small and shabby. I called reception to ask a question but there was no answer - much of the time I was at the hotel no-one was apparently on reception. On checking out I asked for a VAT bill - they couldn't provide one but promised to email it. Days later and after chasing they say they can't find any records. A complete shambles - the staff have clearly not been trained. During the same period a colleague of mine who had booked to stay turned up to find they had given her room away to someone else by mistake and so she had to look for another hotel! I would never stay at this place again - the "management" should be ashamed.

Me and my husband arrived St Paul’s hotel and we were very lucky to encounter the receptionist named Mario at the desk, which he really made a perfect first impression for our trip… He accommodated us really quickly, with a smooth check in process and a very funny conversation.. He was really helpful offering us to take our luggage to the room as well as highlighting that if we needed anything he would be there(We actually needed a converter and an extra towel, which he very promptly brought to the room) Not a complaint but just another the girl in the reception needs more training as she did not feel very confident on giving us some info for the area around the hotel and looked really stressed.. Generally everyone was so nice and we definitely planning on coming back to have another unforgettable experience in the St pauls hotel.

We stayed 1 week late august 2022,it was our second time.At our arrival we were given a room #24 with a very uncomfortable double bed only 150 cms wide regardless of we reserved and requested a deluxe one which as described in their own website, comes with twin or king beds. After two days we were changed to a king room #25 which ended up been very nice. Both rooms had good bathrooms with strong showers and the a/c worked perfectly.Breakfast is politely offered in their lovely restaurant, not big but enough for us.Since we attend the BBC proms at the Royal Albert Hall every year, surely will come back due to its proximity.
