My family stayed at the SACO Covent Garden - Arne Street 3 bedroom apartment during the NYE 2020 holiday and we highly recommend the property. The location is amazing, with the beautiful Covent Garden / Seven Dials / Neals Yard shopping areas, wonderful restaurants, bars and pubs, a Sainsbury Supermarket and the Covent Garden tube station all within a few short blocks. From our door to the London Eye was a very pleasant 20 minute walk, and most other major Central London attractions are within a 45 minute walk. And with the Covent Garden tube station just two blocks away, we did not need to take a cab or Uber during our entire stay. There is also a wonderful Caffe Nero just next door which was our go to morning coffee stop. There are also a few gyms within blocks and I chose a one week membership to Pure Gym which was excellent. The property itself is very spacious with a comfortable living / dining area, modern and fully equipped kitchen and 3/3 layout which gave our daughters plenty of private space when needed. In terms of valuable feedback for families, the property advertises as 3 king beds, but in reality there is one true king and two queen beds. Also, the king bed in the master has a very soft mattress which our daughters loved but which gave us (parents) back aches so we needed up staying in one of the other bedrooms in a queen bed with a very firm mattress which we both loved. The TV has very limited cable options, the washer / dryer combo dries clothes very slowly and one of the bedrooms has a tiny shower. But these are minor considerations and we again highly recommend the property based primarily on square foot / meter value given its spectacular location. Finally, our host Roland Drimba was outstanding. He exchanged WhatsApp messages with us the day before our arrival, met us at a pre-established time, gave us a great walk through and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment for families considering an extended stay in London.

This is a really well-designed two bedroom, two bathroom apartment a minutes walk away from the centre of Covent Garden. The beds were very comfy with crisp white linen and black-out curtains (needed for the lights outside the windows). Fully equipped kitchen including a wine cooler and washing machine! Underfloor heating throughout meant that it was nice and toasty for our November stay. Lots of room for the 4 of us including a comfy sofa, dinning table and large TV. Unfortunately our access code didn't work on arrival but a quick call to customer services sorted that out and we were issued with a new one. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment. We'd rather stay here than in a hotel.

Where to start?
From the entrance hall to the front door to the bedrooms and lounges and kitchens all of these apartments ooze class and top end decor and facilities.
Roland greeted us on arrival and also as we left with clear and concise instructions etc. and made us feel very welcome. Great service only added to the great apartments.

These are probably the nicest properties I've stayed in over the last 30 years of travelling. Everything is catered for and the spec of the rooms is incredible.
As a group we had a 1 bed a 2 bed and 3 bed so got the full experience! All are the same high standard.
I've already booked a return visit before leaving!

Generally the apartment was ok, it's definitly a bit tired now though, with maintenance and up keep looking low down on the owners priority.
The smell from the drains within the bathroom are unacceptable, this really needs to be dealt with.
The facilities are also quite poor with very limited tablewear provided (smallest glasses you've ever seen and only a small number of each item), and items such as the safe not working.
The location is also annoying, which isn't their fault, but the amount of noise from outside from drunk passers by enjoying plenty of 'singing' ' shouting' and 'throwing up' (which occured all through the night [till 3-4am] was unbearable.
The workmanship quality on these apartments is clear that they weren't the best to start with, and added to the lack of any real maintenance is a real let down.
I'd probably recommended not staying this close to Covent Gardens if I were you as you could get a better quality apartment with a much better nights sleep elsewhere and use the great transport system to pop into Covent Garden for a visit.

Dear Mike, Thank you for taking the time to review our property, we appreciate it. Thank you for bringing to our attention the issues you encountered during your stay in our property. We have a maintenance team that works consistently in the apartments to maintain them. We will make sure to action those issues mentioned on your review promptly. While the property is not brand new, we work towards constant improvement. I'm really sorry that your sleep was interrupted by passers by. Unfortunately, Covent Garden as you know is one of the most popular areas within central London due to its attractions and with the current festivities going on, I'm afraid there is nothing we can do about that. We thank you for your review and wish you a lovely Christmas ahead if you celebrate it. Thank you, Montserrat & The Cove Team

We stayed in the 3 bedroom. Each room had a bathroom. Apartment was newly renovated with generous spaces, contemporary styling, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were posh. Very modern! TVs in each room (but no remotes). Excellent location in the heart of Covent garden area close to everything (tube, Covent Garden square, National Gallery, British museum). Access to the unit was easy. Perfect set-up for a family of two adults and two large teens. Only drawback was they only provide one set of keys. Laundry was a plus although the dryer feature of the appliance was fairly useless (But this was true of every laundry system we used in Europe, many places didn’t even have dryers). We had an issue with a door and property management sent someone right away. It was easy to get a hold of property management if you needed them. The 3 bedroom is an exceptionally lovely unit. Clean, bright, open and spacious with high ceilings on the top floor (there is an elevator). I would estimate it is 1700 -1800 sq ft. A large family or family staying in London for an extended period would really enjoy staying here. There’s no real views, but it was such a beautiful and comfortable space it made no difference to us. It was also off the main street so it was relatively quiet at night. Step outside the door and you are already in the heart of things. Our teens thought this was the best of the different luxury apartments we stayed on our trip.

Stylish and big apartment in a super central location, just 2 mins from Covent Garden. Nice retro style furniture, a comfy double bed, a great shower and a fully equipped kitchen complete the apartment.

I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the super annoying noise from the construction site across the street and other guests walking around and partying.

Unfortunately the place only has single-glazing windows and apparently they forgot to put in proper floor isolation. The construction site next doors uses jackhammers nonstop from 8:30-17:30 and is insane. But that we could hear every step and loud laughter from the people above us, is not what I’d expect from an otherwise nice place.

If you’d sleep through an apocalypse then this is the perfect pad for you! The constant loud drone from the building work’s opposite (6am start until 6pm) mean this is not an apartment you can actually relax or be in within those hours - even with earplugs! The windows do little to keep any of the city sounds out. Wish we had be forewarned if the works as we would have stayed elsewhere.

However, it is a beautiful little apartment & very cleverly designed. Tesco 2 mins walk away, theatres 5mins, London Eye 20mins.

We really loved the design and layout of Arne Street.
Unfortunately the design and layout was let down by so many things that needed servicing.
Lift, Wi-Fi, Taps, fridges, door handles, motorised blinds that did not work.
The team were helpful but the property needs a big overhaul and service to get it back to what it was originally like

This is a stunning apartment! Very clean, beautifully furnished and in a great location.

I loved the idea of self check in, it was like going into my own flat and really felt like home.

Great customer service from the staff. I will definitely stay at the Cove again and I would recommend it to anyone coming to London.

Beautiful apartment and Location. Only one key given for 4 guests, called Twice to receive an extra key. Took a second phone call and 3 days to receive that and the key to the balcony...they were delivered at 10 pm. Had the 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit...one bathroom was out of service. Air-conditioning was poor if not non existent. The washer/dryer unit was useless.

Hi Christopher, Thanks for getting in touch! The WiFi is free for our basic package, this is suitable for reading emails and light browsing. Or, you can upgrade to business WiFi for £4 per day (inc. VAT). As for air-con, we do have it in the 3 bedroom apartment but not in the one or two bedroom apartments. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you require further help or would like to book.
