Small breakfastroom, but cosy & great breakfast. Perfect located for arrival from airports and Jubilee Line. Close to London Designer Outlet & great concerts Wembley Park. A nice place, well connected with the west hampstead underground and overground station, with clean rooms. The shower drain works badly and the fan in the bathroom doesn't work at all. The breakfast is good but not abundant. It is full of italians (this could be either a merit or a defect).

Its located in an ok-ish location. Relatively easily accessible to West Hampstead (Jubilee Line) and connect to Paddington Station (for Heathrow Express). Day staff is a great team! Always willing to help and friendly. The temp night staff during the time we stayed (16.12.15 to 19.12.15) was extremely unhelpful. And unfriendly when prodded on to assist with Guest. We were... I'd hoped from reading positive reviews and looking at the property online that this would be a bit of a gem - it wasn't. The rooms were tired and very basic. The bathroom was clean enough, but had clearly been built into an already existing room so had thin, makeshift type walls. The heating was mediocre and there was a... More

I can't figure out how this hotel offers such great rooms at such good prices. My wife and I had a double with an ensuite bathroom, which cost us 59 GBP per night (we booked on their website in advance). It's in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops and with easy access to Underground, Overground, and Thameslink.... More

The guest house is just around the corner from West Hampstead tube station, so very handy for travelling into the city but there's actually so much to do in the area itself that if you didn't want to sightsee you could stay local and soak up the atmosphere. The guest house is on a suburban street and is literally four... More

Me, my brother and my husband decided to spend 4 days in London and searched for a well located budget hotel, which had to be clean and cosy. That's all we needed and that's what we found at Charlotte Guest House. The room: we booked a room for 3 with private bathroom. The room we got was a good deal... More
