It’s like a step up from a shelter or hostel. The room was very small which was fine but it felt overpriced for what it was. To give you an idea of how small, only one person can stand to get dressed whilst the other lays on the bed then you can swap, or one person can dress in the bathroom and one in the room, two cannot stand together. You must stand in the shower to use the sink which I also used to keep my bag in because of no space. It is super small. I had to ask to have the Air con switched on, I wasn’t allowed the aircon remote but the receptionist came down to turn it on for me and took the remote back up stairs. It stopped working but I couldn’t be bothered to go up and ask them to turn it on again for me. There’s no shower gel. It was fine because we arrived at 10pm and left again at 7.am. Don’t think this is like an ibis or anything, it’s a totally different thing more like a sleep pod. Felt like a prison cell but smaller.

The price was cheap, location was great (8 minute walk to Apollo theatre) the room was clean, bedding spotless, tv worked, the shower was lovely, staff were friendly. We stayed in a room without a window, which was ok as we only stayed one night, but I’d probably book a room with a window if I stayed again The room was very small, but it didn’t matter to us as it was cheap

Stayed here for two nights (Sat-Mon) in October 2021 with friends, booking 2 double rooms for 4 of us. The cost was very cheap - we payed £70 each which for central London is brilliant. The hotel is in a great location with lots of things around it, most conveniently being Victoria station. However, the first fella that greeted us was a bit rude when one of our bookings was under a different name despite only one person booking it, but other than that staff members were generally polite. The rooms however are very small, hardly any room to get ready or do anything - one had to stand on the bed and the other in front of the bathroom when we got ready. The rooms were clean and very basic though not in great condition. Overall it did the job for what we needed but if I can get a bigger room for a similar price next time I will be doing.

The hotel is not a good to stay at. Road is very busy and noisy . It also on the flight path to hotel. Rooms are tiny and can hear other rooms noise. It needs double glaze windows. Bath is very small and every thing get wet when using the sink. Nowhere to put anything. When I took the duvet cover off there was a yellow stain on the duvet and on the pillows. It is very expensive for what it is . Should be more like £20 a night. The only good thing was the staff was friendly .

Just about room for me and my wheel chair. The bathroom could do with more grab rails especially as the loo is so low. One person has to clamber over the other to get in and out of bed. No shelves or cupboard space so had to leave everything in suitcase. There is a ramp to get up the few steps and the staff are all very helpful and nothing I'd of any bother. The tv wasnt working as someone had taken a wire from the back but it was repaired extremely fast. Nothing but praises for staff, but I think they have a hard job to make the bed in that room. Could do with double glazing to lessen the noise from the street which goes on all night.
