We stayed here on a stop off when visiting family in England. I absolutely loved this hotel, especially due to its style. Our room had a large spacious bed and a sleek, white marble and wood bathroom. It also included some cool design quirks, like a navy dress form mannequin with white dots on it next to the couch in our room. A lot of natural light came in through the floor-to-ceiling windows on one side. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel room so colourful, yet so well designed. The beautiful design extends to the hotel's common areas. The hallways were decorated with wallpaper of plant descriptions in French, large blown-glass lamps hang in the lobby and there is a cool atrium-like lounge area with a glass ceiling. I wish we had stayed longer so I could spend more time in these areas and check out the pool. The food provided at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. I had a salad niçoise which I really enjoyed. Service was also great and helped us with everything we needed. Lastly, the location is close to many amazing restaurants and museums. I think overall this is a fantastic hotel and may be my new go-to in London. Highly recommend!

Overall I love all the Firmdale properties and truly look forward to my London visits just to relax in this special place with in a busy city. The design my Kit Kemp is consistent in all the properties including in NYC which is comforting however some highlights include as follows: *The furniture is THE MOST COMFORTABLE across the board. Its as if they're customized and overstuffed - bed, couch, side chairs, pillows, etc. The walls are padded which absorb all the sound from outside and the windows (some massive) are double (if not more) pane. The TV is easy to operate including the fact that it will stay on the same channel where you left off (as opposed to most hotels where the tv resets to the hotel channel after every usage). The bathroom is fully covered in attractive marble, the shower is absolutely glorious with full heat and pressure, the tub in a soaking tub and so inviting and the towels are extra large and plush. The outlets (USB and regular) and light switches are plentiful and strategically placed. Staff are always welcoming and attentive. Although I have status with other hotel chains, this is my go to London destination - hands down. Property also offers full bar and dining in the lobby, an honor bar cozy shared room off the lobby (with food/drink 24x7 that you simply sign out to charge to your room), pool, gym and lobby.

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were perfect, huge bed, huge bathroom and all the fittings were of the best quality and the art and furnishings were interesting and very well put together. The staff were great too ....and the location ideal. Actually we couldn’t fault the hotel ..the only point I would mention is that there is no coffee machine... coffee in the restaurant and bar was very good so not a huge problem. Will be returning .......thank you !

We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Haymarket Hotel for our anniversary. It was also the Lunar Chinese New Year, and the hotel is perfectly located between Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Brumus is a hive of activity, but there is a drawing room with tranquil candles and relaxing vibe. The super king size bed, Egyptian Cotton sheets, black out blinds enable a peaceful night sleep. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We totally loved our 10 day stay at the Haymarket. The location is perfect for theatre and museum goers. The rooms are large, comfortable and very well decorated, with excellent temperature control and bathroom facilities. There's a great pool, a decent workout facility, great public facilities (including excellent art everywhere) and very good restaurant and bar facilities, including excellent breakfasts. Service was uniformly top flight. It was rather expensive but well worth it. Can't wait to go back.
